Super great hotel Only one issue The bed is not comfortable Room size is good and service is excellent

Totally and utterly disgusting experience. From the first moment of entering The reception I was ignored. Whilst waiting others were called before myself, when I was clearly next. On another occasion I requested a service to which they immediately said no. However, upon my return I saw that the service which I requested was provided to locals. I WAS TREATED DEGRADINGLY DUE TO THE COLOUR OF MY SKIN!!!! YES THATS RIGHT I EXPERIENCED SHEER RACISM!!!!!!! This was with the reception staff on both Occasions and a member of management or even the owner. This has no place in today’s world. Please DO NOT STAY HERE AT ALL!!! Should they try to deny my stay I have receipts to prove it. How strange that they have removed my Review!!!!! This says it all. The rating should be minus 100 but unfortunately I am unable to do such.

A very nice and special place. Located in a park and forest area. Far from the city noise and still just outside of the city of Gdańsk. Really worth the visit. Enjoy the quiet.

Almost didn't write a review because I don't want too many people to know about this treasure. We love everything about the hotel, the service is great, the food (especially the breakfast) is outstanding. Nice (but small) indoor pool. Lovely grounds. Close to the zoo and the wonderful park at Oliwa. Travel to Gdansk or Sopot is easy by car or better still use the local trains (or even walk).

Nice hotel for good price, not crowded, parking with security cameras, rooms are clean and nice with beautiful views on surrounding nature and lake

Beautiful scenery outside the window. Restaurant is excellent. Room is clean and spacious, bathroom too. Two single beds instead of double bed. WiFi is ok. Air conditioning is poor. Gym only has a few light dumbells, a threadmill and a bike.

Avoid, they bankrupted and rating should be around two, max three stars. Dirty, abandoned, their best years are way in the past

Cosy and quite luxury spa with atmosphere. Stayed in a spacious apartment which I loved. Good food and service

I had better expectations for the place, I mean for five star hotel and the price they could do more, specially with the cleaning part and breakfast! The place is not bad, the only way to get around is by taxi or Ubers, all around there is nature which give it a good atmosphere and as well the spa is really good and relaxing!

Very good hotel. The breakfast was very good, and the region where the hotel is located is amazing. I gave 4 stars because the Jacuzzi in the spa was broken during 2 days.

Very nice hotel with great surroundings. Staff friendly and helpful. Spa is ok with a pool. Recommend to take a walk or running/biking in the beautiful woods. Can't recommend the restaurant for dinner though. The service is impeccable, but the food doesn't live up to the expectations; portions are way too big and the execution lacks finesse. The duck, for example, was overcooked and dry, though the waiter told us it was supposed to be red. Better to have dinner in the nearby villages/towns.

It's hard to give all 5 stars for the hotel. Because there was always some issues. For example, bathrobes were with holes. Some furniture in the room looked so much used that we even were affraid to sit on it. Breakfast is good with plenty variants of healthy choise. Reception is nice and kind. Restaurant is beautiful, food is tasty. Spa - there was nothing to book for payment. No specialisrs(( Anyway it's good place for resting getaway!

Nice place in great location. Service is very good, nice and friendly staff. They arranged great dinner. Room was old fashioned but that is the meaning in these kind of places. Breakfast served in the room was disappointing, bit late and scrambled eggs were cold. Next morning breakfast in restaraunt was ok but coffee machine did not work.

Was attending only SPA area but it was very pleasant experience
