The facilities and breakfast are fine, but the front desk is not answering. You have to call the front desk more than 10 times to answer it once, but this problem lasts for three days. If you don't have enough hotel staff, hire more people. How can it be so hard to call the front desk? I'm so angry. I've never seen a hotel like this before.

Hotel by itself is good, but one of the receptions was all the time quite not nice. No smile no welcoming or any kind of hospitality. But the other reception was nice.

Mostly geared towards business travelers Not sure it deserves 4 stars. Room was large but a lot of dead space with an L shaped hall. Didn't eat in. Away from the old city but convenient location by a couple of Malls and train station. Staff were great friendly and helpful.

Every room has stains on the carpet and chairs. We changed rooms twice. We didn't get toiletries for three days and there was no room service. Otherwise the breakfast was decent, hotel clean probably because new. Good location for business trip. Parking additionally paid and very small.

Absolutely amazing. Really friendly staff, the rooms are amazing, clean, and the beds are very comfy. Very modern designs. It is close to the centre, maybe about a 20 minute walk/ 8 min cab drive. Just around the corner there is a “mall”, which has some places to eat and stores.

Mattresses are a bit too hard. Except that, everything was fine. Bring a chromecast if you want to watch english tv. Everything is dubbed with no subtitles. Impossible for tourists

Hotel at a convenient location. Friendly professional staff. Hotel and rooms are clean. Breakfast have a wide selection, warm and cold. Coffee is good, they have a machine with beans.

Close to any intercity train and a small Mall. For a taxi ask the reception to call, prices are extremely affordable. All payments only in zloty. Restaurant very cozy and good selection food, prices affordable and good service.

It was a nice hotel close to a train station, the room was good except for the overwhelming smell of cigarettes, even though it was supposed to be a non- smoking room. It was quite unpleasant. The staff was polite but couldn't help us with it even for the second night - all they offered was free breakfast. I also requested the beds to be separated since I was traveling with my mother, but again, they couldn't help us even for the second night.

Nice hotel near the train station and a huge shipping mall that has everything you might need. Despite its close to the train station - rooms are quiet. Breakfasts are standard for such types of hotels

It's not a premium hotel as positioned. Outdated towels which are not white, but grey. Very thin toilet paper, not so comfortable beds. And what's the reason to push people eating their breakfast at 10:00 sharp (till this time is the actual breakfast) to finish it asap? Can you just give them 10-15 minutes to finish? It's not so difficult, but it looks rude, when you doing that. You won't lose anything giving people, who came at 9:30 to breakfast a little bit more time to finish, instead of pushing them at 10:00 sharp. And guys, a 250 ml Coke for 10 PLN it's a mess!

Spacious modern room, very clean, toiletries in the bathroom, 24h bar at the reception, great location, very friendly and helpful staff.

Really everything you could want or need for a hotel in Gdansk. Amenities and staff are both perfection, location couldn't be more convenient.

This is a hotel greatly located between Gdańsk and Sopot. It’s really close to the train station, a big mall, and only 2 stops from old town. The night was very quiet, and overall a lovely experience. Will definitely come back here when staying in Gdańsk!

It’s my n’th stay in this hotel, via booking-com and this time - whoa, I got an upgrade to the apartment which is essentially living room, massive bedroom, two bathrooms and a walk-in wardrobe. It’s a shame I stayed in Gdansk just for the night ( and I’ve been really tempted to extend my stay, believe me ). Anyway - hotel location is simply amazing - close to the Gdansk Wrzeszcz and the shopping centres, straight way to the airport. Underground parking is temporarily unavailable but they’re nice enough to validate the tickets for the Galeria Metropolia one ♥️

I've stayed there only for one night but I can say this: - I had a good night - nice pillows, I hate flat pillows, the once that they have are good - comfy mattress, I like quite hard mattress but this one despite it was on the softer side was still very comfy, no back pain in the morning On top of that: - very nice stuff - I only had contact with a receptionist - very close to public transport, trams and trains - airport around 15 minutes by car Overall, I can definitely recommend.

Location is good. Just few minutes from the station. It's easy to get around the city via local train - SKM. Breakfast area is small but nice and clean. The variety of breakfast is good. Coffee was ok! Drinkable. Room was clean enough. No idea if there was a safe because we didn't needed one. I recommend.

Good experience! Rooms were clean, staff was very nice and they have parking spaces less than 1 minute away. It’s also very close to a shopping centre. Great!
