I
travel
a
lot
and
I
have
never
been
treated
so
bad
in
any
hostel
I
have
been
to
in
my
whole
life
and
it’s
shocking
that
it
happened
in
my
own
country,
where
I
expect
to
get
a
good
service.
I'm
still
really
shocked
that
WE
WERE
LITERALLY
THROWN
OUT
INTO
THE
POURING
RAIN!
This
hostel
looks
nice
on
all
the
pictures
in
the
Internet
but
it
is
one
big
misunderstanding
.
I
feel
really
offended
and
I’m
sad
that
I
can’t
really
do
anything
but
write
this
complain.
How
it
happened:
we
left
our
room
on
time
at
11.00
am,
then
we
left
our
luggage
there
and
went
out
to
the
beach.
When
we
came
back
around
4.00
pm
and
were
asked
to
leave
immediately
because
it
"looks
bad"
and
we
make
crowd
etc.
If
we
want
to
stay
there
for
the
next
2
hours
(so
till
6pm-
because
we
had
our
train
later
in
the
evening)
we
have
to
pay
extra
for
the
next
24
hours
(although
our
beds
were
already
booked).
We
literally
used
there:
toilet
(to
pee
and
to
change
clothes-
not
to
shower)
and
the
terrace
to
sit
there
outside
under
the
roof
and
wait
(it
was
raining
so
bad!!!).
We
didn’t
even
used
kitchen,
internet
or
anything
which
would
cause
any
extra
costs
for
the
hostel.
The
hostel
lady
was
mean,
she
did
it
in
front
of
the
hostel
guests,
she
didn’t
try
to
solve
the
problem-
she
just
had
a
mission
to
complete
–
get
rid
of
us.
If
we
want
to
talk
business:
we
came
to
the
hostel
on
Friday
at
11
pm,
much
later
than
the
check-in
time
which
is
2
pm,
which
means
that
we
didn’t
use
any
hostel
facilities
for
those
8
hours
at
all.
Our
2
hours
waiting-for-the-train
time
wouldn’t
cause
then
any
extra
costs
for
the
hostel.
It’s
seems
that
the
owner
has
to
learn
a
lot
about
client
service.
For
now
I
can
just
say
that
they
seem
to
be
blinded
by
greed.
Money
is
more
important
than
the
client
and
common
sense.
Advantages:
breakfast
was
nice,
localization
is
good
Disadvantages:
if
they
are
fully
booked
you
will
wait
1
hour
to
use
the
toilet
and
shower
in
the
morning
,
because
they
have
just
2
bathrooms
for
so
many
rooms,
client
service
is
poor,
they
make
you
wear
some
kind
of
house
slippers
inside,
which
I
personally
find
unhygienic
and
disguisting.
After
what
happened
today
I
say:
NEVER
EVER
AGAIN.
Totally
unprofessional.
We
looked
for
30
minutes
in
the
heavy
rain
to
find
some
shelter
and
I
hope
not
to
get
sick.
Who
on
earth
does
that?!
I
definitely
wouldn’t
do
that
to
anybody.
And
one
last
thing:
they
seem
to
buy
or
ask
for
positive
comments
on
other
websites
(f.ex.
Facebook
reviews)
because
after
I
posted
mine
comment
–
there
were
20-30
new
positive
comments,
which
is
not
possible
because:
a)
there
was
not
so
much
place
that
all
those
people
could
stay
there
on
last
weekend
b)
they
are
all
from
the
near
of
Sopot
so
I
suppose
they
are
“friends”.
