The room is clean, which is very important, the beds are quite comfortable, especially the single ones... unfortunately, a big minus for the owner, she is very annoying and does not respect the sleep of her guests. We slept there for 5 nights and I was woken up 3 times in the morning by her loud talking, shuffling and knocking. I really don't need to know what the owner will be doing that day😏 Besides, there are cameras everywhere, in the kitchen, in the hall... it's a bit weak . We had the impression that we were disturbing the lady, that she wanted us to leave the room as soon as possible so that she could go in and check if everything was OK and clean it up.

It is true that it is in an industrial district, but the place itself is well-kept and tidy. Place for children, grill, tables, benches. The rooms, dining room, kitchen are impeccable. Close to the SKM station.

Very pleasant atmosphere. Quiet, cozy, wonderful yard with flowers. The hostess puts her soul into this house, everything is thought out to the smallest detail. I recommend!

The big advantage is the cleanliness of the facility and rooms, a beautiful garden, everything well-kept. The kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, microwave, oven, induction hob. It's nice to drink coffee in the gazebo in the garden.

The owner is very kind. The room was nice and clean and the kitchen area was modern and well equipped. Looks like their constantly working on making the place better and better. The train station was like 5-8 minutes away, but I slept really well and it seemed really quite. Go for it! ---- Bardzo miła właścicielka, pokój czysty i przyjemny, kuchnia duża i modernistyczna, stacja blisko (5-8 minute). Dobrze się spało i było bardzo cicho :) Polecam!

Rooms cleaned every day, very nice staff, relatively close to the train station and larger shops. I only advise against crossing the nearest railway crossing (it is closed more often than it is open). The rooms are clean and well-kept. I recommend. Coffee Ełk ;p
