We
were
looking
for
a
place
for
our
wedding
guests
to
ensure
the
sleeping
place
for
them,
and
this
one,
was
the
closest
one.
I
have
checked
the
opinions
on
booking.com,
on
google
and
it
seemed
like
it's
going
to
be
ok...
Unfortunately
-
I
was
SO
wrong.
Reservation
was
done
outside
booking.com,
directly
with
the
owner
a
year
in
advance.
We
have
paid
the
full
amount(we've
been
taking
the
whole
place,
because
'they
are
not
mixing
up
guests
from
weddings
and
others')
around
first
week
of
July
2020,
excluding
breakfast
because
we
were
still
finalizing
the
number
of
guests.
The
owner
said,
it's
ok
and
that
we
can
give
him
the
final
number
around
week
in
advance
and
then
we
will
pay
for
breakfast.
And
as
I
should
have
expected,
weird
things
started
to
happen...
:
1)
When
I
called
the
place
to
arrange
a
meeting
to
settle
the
breakfast
deal,
owner's
wife
picked
up
a
phone
and
at
first
she
said:
'yes,
it's
fine,
just
come
by'
and
15
minutes
later,
she
called
me
back,
saying
that
they
will
not
provide
our
guests
with
breakfast.
Why?
'Because
we
would
need
to
give
it
through
4-5
hours
due
to
COVID-19
restrictions
and
it
doesn't
pay-off'
-
Well,
that
wasn't
an
issue
2
weeks
before
when
they
took
the
full
amount
of
money.
2)
Guests
who
came
1
day
earlier
and
were
staying
1
day
more,
also
have
not
received
the
breakfast,
because
it
doesn't
pay-off
to
prepare
it
only
for
2
people.
However,
they
needed
to
pay
in
advance
for
the
stay
and
when
they
wanted
to
cancel
the
stay
for
the
last
day,
the
owner
said
it's
not
possible
to
do
the
correction
of
the
receipt,
which
is
of
course
bul***it.
3)
Half
of
the
towels
in
the
rooms
were
torned
and
definitely
not
white;
Other
than
that,
it
was
mostly
clean,
but
the
quilt
was
too
short
compared
to
the
size
of
double
bed
and
it
was
really
smelly
in
the
bathroom,
because
of
the
piping;
4)
After
midnight,
there
was
no
hot
water
at
all.
When
reported
to
the
owner,
he
said:
'Well,
I
was
sleeping,
so
I
don't
know
if
there
was
or
not
the
hot
water'
...
As
other
guests
noticed
-
the
walls
are
paper
thin
so
you
can
hear
everything
that
other
people
talk
about.
It's
sad
to
say
that,
but
the
owners
are
liars
and
cheaters,
they
only
want
money.
I
strongly
dissuade
this
place
and
I
wish
I
have
chosen
other.
I
also
wish,
I
have
recorded
those
conversations
-
this
is
the
worst
customer
service
I
have
ever
experienced
anywhere.
