On
September
22,
I
ordered
an
appointment
at
a
facility
with
which
Medica
cooperates.
On
September
26,
I
contacted
Medica
to
obtain
information
about
the
registration
process.
I
received
information
that
Medica
is
waiting
for
the
facility's
response
regarding
setting
an
appointment
date.
Later,
I
called
the
facility
myself
to
ask
about
a
free
date.
I
immediately
received
information
about
available
dates
the
next
day.
When
asked
if
they
had
an
inquiry
from
Medica
about
the
date,
the
lady
at
the
registration
desk
said
that
Medica
had
not
been
registering
visits
with
them
for
a
month.
Another
call
to
the
Medica
hotline
-
I
asked
them
to
contact
the
facility
within
an
hour,
arrange
an
appointment
and
call
me
back.
After
an
hour,
Medica
actually
called
me
back,
informing
me
that
I
could
register
at
the
facility
myself
and
submit
an
application
for
a
refund.
When
I
asked
about
the
justification,
the
information
lady
was
unable
to
provide
me
with
an
explanation.
When
I
asked
her
to
send
me
the
information
she
gave
me
by
e-mail,
she
said
she
couldn't
do
it.
Unfortunately,
they
do
not
fulfill
their
obligations,
even
though
I
pay
every
month
to
be
ready
to
provide
services.
