    I share the negative opinions. On September 22, I ordered an appointment at a facility with which Medica cooperates. On September 26, I contacted Medica to obtain information about the registration process. I received information that Medica is waiting for the facility's response regarding setting an appointment date. Later, I called the facility myself to ask about a free date. I immediately received information about available dates the next day. When asked if they had an inquiry from Medica about the date, the lady at the registration desk said that Medica had not been registering visits with them for a month. Another call to the Medica hotline - I asked them to contact the facility within an hour, arrange an appointment and call me back. After an hour, Medica actually called me back, informing me that I could register at the facility myself and submit an application for a refund. When I asked about the justification, the information lady was unable to provide me with an explanation. When I asked her to send me the information she gave me by e-mail, she said she couldn't do it. Unfortunately, they do not fulfill their obligations, even though I pay every month to be ready to provide services.

    The company resigned from cooperation with the two largest clinics in Krakow. The result was that I had to pay for the visits myself and have been waiting for the reimbursement for over 2 months, even though max. the waiting time for a refund is max. 30. I have sent a lot of e-mails regarding this matter and I am waiting....waiting....and waiting. Moreover, it is impossible to perform an X-ray in Krakow (!!!!), but I am offered to go to Chrzanów (!) - a mere 60 km. Absolute FAILURE!!!!!

    As of August 17, they stopped fulfilling the submitted visit requests within the time agreed in the contract. instead of three days there are three weeks. During my telephone intervention, I heard "we thought you had given up on your visits." At the cooperating facility I learned that they stopped paying for the services ordered. In another, they are bankrupt. Their base of cooperating institutions has shrunk significantly. They are in a permanent state of negotiating contracts with institutions. During one of my last visits, I found out that I was not a Medici patient but a Polmed patient. The only contact is the hotline, which means none. There is no response to comments reported to the contract supervisor.

    Ta firma to jedno wielkie oszustwo. Złe decyzje poprzedniego zarządu (szkoda wymieniać z nazwiska) i tragiczne zarządzanie obecnego. Spółka została doprowadzona do bankructwa, telefony milczą, nikt z osób odpowiedzialnych nie odbiera telefonu, a zaległości rosną. Brak wynagrodzenia dla personelu medycznego począwszy od grudnia i niespełnione, wielokrotne obietnice jego spłaty. Komornicy już czekają na decyzje sądowe, ale nie wiem, czy po działaniach tych osób będzie cokolwiek wartościowego do odebrania w ramach spłaty zadłużenia...

    This company is a scandal, if I had known that this would happen, I would never have decided (I bought the package through Mbank -> it is handled by Axa -> and then medica). Not only that, I had to wait 2 weeks to make an appointment with a dermatologist!!! - because I didn't get any answer for 5 days, then I called every second day asking what was going on with my application and I kept getting information from MA like "I'm already making your case a priority" or "I see that my colleague is already taking care of it, we'll let you know." " to find out after 2 weeks that my due date is in 3 weeks!!! Today is the appointment date and I get a call from MA that my package is inactive, so they are changing my visit to a private and paid one. (?!?!) I have paid the premium, the bank sees it in the system - I finally call Axa (all for about PLN 40). minutes) where they tell me that I am not the first person with this problem today and that they have already sent the database of insured people to Medica Assistance again and try to explain why they don't see it. But they don't promise that my visit will take place today... Circus on wheels!

    I advise against it. Never use this company again. I purchased the package through mBank and to be honest, my opinion about mBank has also changed to a negative one. They are their big contractor, and they are unable to collect anything from them. Medica assistance already owes me over PLN 1,000 and I'm still waiting for a refund since January. I haven't been able to call the hotline for a week. Laboratories do not want to accept patients from them because they claim that this company does not reimburse them for invoices. Complaint, calling does not help. And the premium is collected every month. Drama. I advise against it.

(Original) Pakiet Medica działa co prawda wolno z powodów zawirowań w firmie ale po 2 dniach od zgłoszenia problemu z brakiem kontaktu infolinii wizyta zrealizowana dziś 28.03 w Warszawie, oby nie ostatnia bo kontrola za tydzień u tego samego lekarza. ps. z informacji trzeba ponowić zgłoszenia raz jeszcze. Update mija już 6mce od przesłania faktury za płatną wizytę lekarska refundacji brak - szkoda słów.

    The worst insurance company I have ever used, it is difficult to call the hotline, there is also online registration, but you still have to call and remind yourself. Making an appointment takes up to over a week (despite reminders), which means you have to wait a long time for your appointment, the facilities are constantly changing, which makes it impossible to use the services of the same "your own doctors". Most visits are covered from your own fees and a 30-day waiting period. for a refund and I will add that you also need to call and remind yourself because there is a problem with getting the money back on time.

    On Wednesday, I called to make an appointment with the specialist included in our package. The lady at the registration desk was very helpful. She even consulted the facility to confirm that I would definitely be admitted the next day. On Thursday, I found a very good doctor who immediately ordered appropriate tests. I contacted the registration office again by phone, the tests had to be done immediately, I sent the referrals showing this. Laboratory on Friday. On Monday, I had tests and results, and on Tuesday I saw a doctor. I can't say a bad word. I found a very, very good doctor. Now all that remains is treatment, but everything will probably be fine. I am glad that I have this subscription and that the people at the hotline took my case so seriously. That I didn't have to wait weeks for an appointment and even longer for someone to make something reasonable... and start the treatment. I highly recommend it!

    What has been happening in this company for over a month has been a tragedy! They no longer have contracts with half of the facilities - I have to travel over 30 km for laboratory tests! In addition, you also have to collect the results in person, because their 'wonderful' website patientonline.pl does not work (you can't log in to it) and despite reporting the problem three times to the hotline, no one bothered to do anything about it. And my husband has been waiting to be registered with a specialist since mid-October. Moreover, when registering an appointment online, you now have to call the hotline anyway to be reminded - waiting several days for a code for laboratory tests is a joke. I don't know what's going on there, but it's an embarrassment! We pay a lot of money every month (my husband and I have extended packages) and we start to feel like we are in the National Health Fund :/

    The unreliability of this company can be quickly verified. It's a waste of money, this company doesn't do anything anymore. I just found out that I can do the test tomorrow, but privately, because... CMP Białołęka no longer cooperates with medica assistance. And so on every now and then. Three weeks to make an appointment with a doctor, the lady gives "priority". If you have a choice, stay as far away from this company as possible!

    Unfortunately, I also agree with the negative opinions. Laboratory tests are a joke. I was sent to a place almost 30 km away from where I lived (over an hour's drive through the city center). Additionally, it turned out that of the three tests I asked for, I should only have one done. After my telephone intervention, the second examination was also performed, but I had to pay for the third one myself. Ultimately, thanks to Medica, I had two tests done for PLN 18 each, and I had to do the PLN 70 test myself. Knowing this, at the beginning I would go to the laboratory 5 minutes from home and not waste 2 hours commuting. I also heard from the lady, who was obviously having a bad day, that the consultant is not obliged to tell me what tests I am entitled to (i.e. I don't know what they will sign me up for and what not) and that I have to read the contract.
