Attended a full house matinee today to see LADY DAY at Emerson's BAR and GRILL. Although I know the story of Billy Holiday, the travesty of her early childhood and tragedy of her adult life, it's her voice and personal emotions expertly woven together by Nedra Snipes that held me enthralled. The sparse but effective staging made for an intimate experience. The accompanying piano and bass were skillfully handled by Gary Mitchell, Jr. and DeVaughn Jackson, respectively. I highly recommend this program!

I just saw one of the best plays in my life at Syracuse Stage! I saw "Clue" It was fantastic! The way they managed the different rooms in the play was awesome! The acting was great. It was even better than the movie I think. Well done! We will be seeing more play next season for sure!

Very nice facility, excellent stagecraft, restaurants nearby and good parking. Recent play selections feel overly focused on showcasing the historical mistreatment of people in America. Live entertainment that informs while uplifting and leaves the audience with a positive emotional connection will keep more seats filled more often. The musical production of A Christmas Carol was a fresh interpretation and a tremendous crowd pleaser.

Syracuse Stage did a wonderful job with A Christmas Carol this year. The theater was clean and the ushers were friendly. I loved the diversity of the cast members featured in this production. Everyone sang beautifully. The smoke scenes and aerial performances were amazing. The makeup and costumes were great. It was a very nice evening.

What a wonderful show Christmas Carol was! Actors, acrobats, dancers, songs - absolutely fantastic! Started with Taichi food with boba smoothies just down the street, don't miss this, fresh and delicious, just right before a show☺️ Had the time of my life with my kiddos, starting a new tradition 👍

Went to Syarcuse Stage for the first time to see the production of The Little Mermaid. The venue is small which adds to the experience by creating an inclusive environment. Great performances by all the Artists!

Went to see the little mermaid play with my girlfriend and her friends - was a great experience. Fun themed drinks and very-well put together play. I really liked that there was a live orchestra. I'd recommend going here!

Excellent performances and not a bad seat in the house (this picture is the view from middle, back balcony - I would definitely buy this seat again, or any of them!)

We have been to a few plays here and they always do a great job. Staff is very friendly and helped me out a jam I caused by ordering the wrong tickets. Not a big fan of their mask requirement even for vaccinated attendees, but I get they’re trying their best.

Came up here after quite some time and I am impressed with it all together. Really put in a good number of shows and every time I see one, it does feel like I was watching an actual show on Broadway. Highly recommend checking them out all the way. :)

This place has a long way to go . The staff are mostly racist and elitist not much diversity going on here they are too busy thinking they are above it all by introducing themselves with their stage titles as if they want everyone to be impressed but they condescendingly completely are removed from the community by entitlement, education and arrogance.

Just saw The Play That Goes Wrong. What a fabulous cast - the talent is mind boggling! If you have a chance to go see this play, do not pass it up. With the absence of community, let alone times to really enjoy ourselves in the last few years, it was amazing just to relax and laugh. I honestly don't remember the last time I laughed so hard. Thank you all so much ❤️
