Well that was the last time I'll be going there to shop. Just a spot of shopping and a snack and a drink at Costa costed me £48 fine. What's the point have them shops there when there's no time to visit them all. Never again.

Not sure why it is called retail park. Not a lot of shops, but be careful- there is just 90mins free parking. So if you decide to meet a friend at Costa for a coffee and then do some shopping at Lidl, 90mins might not be enough...

Decent mix of take aways, coffee and snack places and grocers but 90 minuts parking limit is stupid.

A welcome boost for the area.

Good selection of shops. Lidl, Costa, Mother Hubbard, Pepes, Subway. Asian shop and Mosque across the road. Parking is restricted to 90 minutes. So if you wanted to have a meal, coffee and shop I would go elsewhere, as 90 minutes would probably not be enough time.

there's so many take aways on one street, plus a Lidl and a charity shop to have mooch around love it

We love going very.much but there is only 90m parking. We love going to.Costa Coffee. Because The staff and Manager are very.friendly. Nice place to go toBeechdale.retail park Is still the same a nd we got a fish and chip shop that you can eat there Mother Hubbard Most important there is a Lidl there And subway.we love going there And nothing changed We still go to.Costa coffee Every one is friendly Still the same friendly place Its a lovely place to go.to costa coffee And lidl as well as we have a lovely Young manager called Cole. Still the same as it was We still enjoygoing .to costa coffee Anf Lidl and we always go shopping There both places are very friendly This is a fantastic place to shop The staff are very friendly and helpfull

The only problem is parking for 90 minutes .not long enough.if your using the cafe and shops 90 minutes .I got a ticket. not happy

Ideal just off the motorway -A52 pulled in large A Lidle shop.a sit down Greg's and a Costa & Subway& fish & chips shop too.keep an eye on the time 90 minutes parking. we got a ticket on our doorstep 2 days later . was not aware of it. But will return

I recently got hit with a parking fine of £45. Can you believe it?! It turns out there's a sneaky 90-minute restriction for car parks there. So, watch for that next time you're going there and about.

It's a very nice and much needed retail park, but the car parking is limited to an hour and a half which is very short for such a place where you can easily spend 3 hours between shopping and having a coffee. This matter requires immediate attention and fixing from all parties involved... Meanwhile, customers must be careful.

Hard to tell if you are going to be caught by a camera as we went in lidl then subway to eat don't want to get fined for doing what the park is for

Very spacious car park which is great. Outside seating at the cafe/restaurants which is nice and the place has a relaxed safe feel to it.

2 hours parking time is not long enough. The fine is £45

The only problem here is the 90 minute parking limit, doesn't give you long enough if you want a coffee/lunch as well as to do your shopping!!!

I seem to find this place always has good discounts on food in comparison to other places, very handy when you’re low on cash.

Carpark only gives you about an hour and half to stay or you get a parking fine so it don't give you any time to shop and then go for a coffee.
