When ever I visit the staff are always lovely and happy to help.

Placed an ONLINE order Monday 9/11/20, I still had not received a shipping notification 12/11/20. Thursday I phoned customer service and was advised my order has not been picked or packed yet. A notification of the delays would have been nice to give me the choice to pick up. My Dog is on Hills Prescription Diet due to pancreatitis. I like to not run out of his food. Will never order online from here again. Friday 13/11/20 Received an impolite unsigned email, from a mystery author at Best Friends. Very disappointed in your response to my enquiry about the whereabouts of my order My Pet Warehouse / Best Friends.

I am thoroughly disappointed in the service I received at this store today. 2 months prior I had purchased a dog harness from this store, had it fitted by the employee that recommended it, it was extended out to the largest size at the time however the employee said this was her correct size so we purchased and left happy. After a few uses I noticed a single scab forming under my dogs arms. It cleared up and I thought nothing of it, until this week we have had the opportunity to run with the harness daily. This morning I noticed that the scabs were back but extended along the entire underside where the straps sit. Immediately decided this harness wasn’t padded enough to handle the pulling like I was originally told. Read the return policy and was happy to see that outside the 14 day returns, if the item has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item; Is not of acceptable quality or unsafe; Is not fit for purpose; they would happily return the item. Went straight in to see if there was a solution for that harness or a different harness we could swap to. Was met with the same employee that fit the harness who instantly said they couldn’t do anything but find us a new harness to purchase, didn’t offer to check the fit, or resolve the problem. Told me I was welcome to argue with him on this, that it wasn’t in fact policy to return items from so long ago (2 months) and that I should have brought it in the first time but instead chose to put my dog through the pain of wearing it. At this point I was fed up, no longer wished to find a solution with the employee. I told him I had in fact read the policy and the item was not providing the use he sold me on, demanded my refund as per the policy, got my refund and left. Unsatisfied with how I was spoken to and the lack of understanding. Was a member, however will not be returning to the store or brand and will happily voice this opinion to anyone who asks.

Great online store. Most locations are good. Stafford is a very large store by comparison to other locations. Parking out front is pretty average and staff are good.

The staff here are always very helpful and happy to answer your questions and have a chat. I can't stress enough how friendly they are. The variety of pet food and accessories are excellent.

Great service. They sell you what you need and no more. They're vested in the longer term relationship of the customer. Highly recommend.

I really enjoying shopping here with my Dog. I always find the staff are soo friendly and approachable - without being annoying. They have a vast range of products and are very knowledgeable about them. It's a pleasure to shop here!

I highly recommend Jack at the Stafford location for anything you need for your pets. I visited the store this morning with my best buddy in search of a harness. Because of the weird shape of my boy I needed to try the harnesses on my boy. Jack was super sweet and offered to help me find the best fit. We easily tried on at least 8 harnesses before finding the best fit. He was super helpful and even fitted it for me. Wonderful service as always. Thank you.

I just bought my first puppy and had so many questions and needed a few things. The staff were knowledgeable and super helpful and were able to offer some great advice I also have chickens, cats and birds so I’ll be back for all my animal needs

SO MUCH STOCK 🤩 Having just moved back to the area, we were quick to do our research to find the best variety and price for our two Flurkens. We like buying in bulk where possible and these peeps had a great selection for us to choose from. The staff were all very helpful and the overall experience has definitely enticed us to keep going back.

My pet Warehouse has an extensive range of products and good specials. The largest range of dry dog food I have seen in Brisbane.

Pet Warehouse has a massive range of products to choose from at decent prices. They have always had exactly what we went there for (& more). The staff are helpful and friendly. Dogs on leash are also welcome here which is great. They have a VIP points system that adds up to get you discounts and,/or store credit. We will be back.

I visited here for the first time yesterday, looking for two pet carriers. The customer service and knowledge were second to none - I will definitely be back. And what a massive variety!!!

Every My Pet Warehouse, Like here a Stafford are super friendly, my dog did a wee and the staff ran in cleaned up the mess with disinfectant, and they didn't try and shame me and the dog but really friendly about him doing his Wizz. Great range and always on special.
