Earlier this year through my Spiritual practice and journey, I felt a strong calling and internal pull towards Yoga. I reached out to a friend and through an interesting turn of events, attended a Yin and Din Yoga event at Summer Healing, one visit and never looked back. I hold such deep gratitude for the introduction to this studio. I have been a member for a few months now, and it is such an amazing, inviting place to practice and holds such beautiful energy. I feel a sense of deep inner peace every time I enter the space. They have such a lovely community friendly vibe, with a huge range of different classes and events, there is literally something for everyone. Thank you Summer Healing for holding such a beautiful space to practice and share. Its been such a beautiful addition to my practice and already had a huge impact on my overall well-being and deepening of the pathless path we are all on. Summer Healing is so much more than just a yoga studio. I felt instantly at home here and have made so many beautiful connections ever since. It’s welcoming, authentic and diverse in their offerings 💜 Honestly couldn’t ask for a more aligned place to practice. Amazing variety of classes and great instructors. Been a member since Feb and getting stronger each session. Highly recommend the pump weights class with Aimee. Also if you’re lucky you’ll get some love from Angel the dog

Summer Healing was recommended to me by a friend at a point in my path 3 years ago, where (little did I know at the time) I needed it the most. This space with its epic unique energy; its unapologetic purpose to support, help and heal; and its special unique teachers - have all truly created a wonderful temple-like sacred space, and a home that always takes me home to myself. Summer healing is a one of a kind, holistic healing sanctuary, that offers a variety of yoga, breathwork and embodiment classes to suit your needs. The community is beyond welcoming and the classes can be life-changing! They offer incredible yoga teacher training programs that I highly recommend. Give any class a go - you’re bound to love it!
