Booked in on their website, I showed up on time and was told to wait, 45 mins later i gave up on waiting and left. When you see people that just walk in and get sat down straight away when I have been waiting for quite awhile, definitely frustrating The place seemed like a hang out for all the young cool people, people vaping and just walking around talking to everyone. Definitely wasn't a professional place. Being Australian I definitely didn't feel welcome in there

I’m back here to give 1 star. Yesterday, I went back to the shop for the second time. The first time was good, I liked the haircut though I had to wait a long time even though I had a booing. But yesterday was terrible. When I got there one of the barbers asked me to sit and said it wouldn’t take long and immediately after that called me to tell me there was a double booking and they were not going to be able to give me a haircut. That was quite upsetting, you can’t just tell a client to go away, in a case like that, you need to find a way to provide them with the service. They lost me as a client.

Similar to other comments. Waited 90 minutes. Was booked in. Arrived on time, told would be next hair cut. After waiting an hour got told, they “didn’t refresh the screen.” So had to do someone else’s hair first. It was clear they were friends with the other clients done first. Waited 90 minutes before leaving. Would’ve appreciated general common courtesy from any professional business and just told from the start what to expect and a time.

I went there early in the morning. I was second in the line but no one was there after me. I swear to god he kept talking to the old man for 30min after he finished his hair. I think it was his relatives. No respect for customers. Nice place for junkies and vape smokers.

The best barber shop I’ve ever been to, I love the energy and the vibes. I would really recommend George his good with new school haircuts and beards

I have been to shop for more than three times till now. Had been a very great experience, every staff over there are well trained as well as respectful. I recommend TOROS as he understands customers need very perfectly.

I have been attending here for a year now. So fortunate to have found this place. All the barbers are so friendly and do awesome work in all that they do. I went to the store for the second time today. The first time, month or two ago, seemed overly popular. likely time of day a dozen people on half a dozen sofas. Seemed like a nice place and the haircuts across the room looked good. Impressed, I knew I was at a legitimately good barber shop. But I didn't have a heap of time, so I left. Made a booking and returned today, much quieter. I was served by Torres, friendly person, who knew what they were doing. I usually do my own hair, when asked, the best compliment they could muster " I've seen a lot coming out of lock down, so, for an amateur, it's acceptable" which was more than kind. Showed me a new style to suit my head type, which my friends, family and I loved. So, I'll be returning for sure

George has been my main barber to go to because his really skilled and knows what he’s doing and also his work never disappoints me and I’m always confident when I get haircuts from him 100% recommended.
