Our
experience
dealing
with
Leased
and
Sold,
and
in
particular
Lisa
Galloro
has
been
extremely
negative.
The
house
we
moved
into
was
left
in
an
unusable,
disgusting
and
filthy
condition
from
the
previous
tenant
to
the
point
we
had
to
delay
moving
our
belongings
into
the
property,
items
were
left
in
cupboards
and
doors
were
damaged.
All
requests
via
email
and
phone
why
this
situation
was
allowed
to
happen
and
could
we
be
compensated
from
the
withheld
bond
for
doing
the
vacant
clean
and
the
cost
of
repairing
the
door
for
the
previous
tenant,
were
ignored.
So
the
passive
aggressive
response
is
simply
they
don't
care
and
don't
plan
to
take
any
action
to
rectify
the
situation.
I'm
certain
the
landlord
is
unaware
of
how
badly
their
property
is
being
managed
because
they
received
a
green
tick
condition
report
which
was
a
total
lie.
Avoid
and
use
a
different
agent.
EDIT:
The
Director
has
requested
to
take
down
this
review,
however
the
review
is
an
accurate
representation
of
my
experience
and
there
is
no
justification
to
take
it
down.
If
their
professional
reputation
was
as
important
to
them
as
they
say
it
is
then
the
staff
would
handle
situations
in
a
professional
manner
and
they
made
the
choice
to
treat
a
new
tenants
in
a
disrespectful
manner.
I
contacted
the
individual
property
manager
several
times
privately
and
there
was
no
response.
The
only
choice
left
to
me
was
give
Leased
&
Sold
an
accurate
review.
