I had my first experience with iBuys buying couple of IXL heat/light 2-in-1 fixtures. I was very skeptical about what I was doing as I never heard their name in the past but it turned out to be a great experience. Their price was very competitive and they were responsive in sending a replacement light lamp when I explained to them that the Wattage is different from the advertisement.

Really good experience. I had an electrical issue with a heater 6 years (!) after purchasing it from iBuys. Reached out to iBuys by email, they responded almost immediately and called the manufacturer on my behalf. Within days I had a brand new replacement delivered on the doorstep. They obviously really care about their customer experience. Good prices and great service, a rare combination these days.

Best online experience I've had! Super fast delivery, I inadvertently ordered incorrect part number for a bonus item, this was was then shipped out next day with no extra charges. Unfortunately the pizza oven we received was faulty & am expected to receive replacement today/tomorrow. I felt Jared's communication & efficiency was to the point one step ahead you would receive face to face in a lot of stores these days. 10 Stars!!
