An excellent little quaint restaurant bar serving Irish styled food, and drinks. In the evenings around 7:30 pm live music is played to entertain the guests. It's suggested to book a table, as it can get quite busy, especially at evenings. On the hole the food and entertainment was great.

Lunch was terrific. The meals were a little on the light side and were devoured quickly so I'd recommend several sides for your table. My mum and uncle enjoyed the quirky charm of the place and so did I. Cozy and intimate, good service and upbeat.

Good location, nice atmosphere, friendly staff and live music. Let down by having to wait over an hour for three meals, only eventually arriving 15 minutes after we mentioned to one of the staff who tried to take the salt and pepper from the table not realising that we hadn't been served! A table of 4 that came after us was also served before us. The food itself was pretty average for the price. Will go somewhere else next time we are in the area.

Absolutely love this place, waiters are so nice especially Harry and Jack, they treated us with such kindness. Truely the best Irish pub on the peninsula with great food and service. Will be coming back again in the future 🍺🤙🤙

Ordered a $42 bottle of moscato only to receive a $5 bottle of gossips… questioned it and they said they hadn’t updated the menu or register. (Did receive a $15 refund) Don’t want to think how many people haven’t questioned it though. Food was average. Not a lot of flavour over the variety of dishes we got.. not terrible just nothing wow. Staff were great though. lots of smiles and very welcoming. Decor and set up was nice.

Called in today for lunch on a warm sunny day decided to sit outdoors off to the side of the building, great spot plenty of large umbrellas for shade, I had a steak sandwich and chips with garden salad & it was superb the steak was cooked to perfection and the chips were some of the tastiest I have ever eaten. Wait staff were friendly and organised and very well presented I will be back, I would suggest though an oscillating fan be put in this area to help with air flow. Great Spot. Great food. 👍👍👍

Great Irish pub which is my local My seafood chowder was delicious and my hubby had meat pie which was good too Service is good , the mulled wine was nice but the best was the gravy with the meat pie which I put on my bread because it was that good! 😋

Just a cracker place, food was top-notch and well priced. The portions were a little light, they could do with 10% more. Amazing menu. Good tap beers and plenty of covered outdoor areas. Ya get to it via the rear carpark, behind main street.

Found it on google so it’s only nice to leave a review. The food was delicious, great authentic pub meals with a great selection of drinks and beers. The curry chips was a highlight, we had the special Loin of Pork and that was so so delicious. Finished off with a traditional Irish coffee with a hint of whisky. Highly recommend!

Had my birthday dinner at the Dubliner with friends and family, and it was one of the best experiences I’ve had at a dinner/pub set venue. The food was DELICIOUS, staff were 10/10 accommodating through service and politeness. You order at the bar and all food and drinks get bought out to you in a timely manner. Would 1000% be going back there everytime I’m after a wholesome, well fed and looked after night out.

Took my daughter for lunch. Ordered a burger & fish cakes with extra chips. Burger tasteless. Salads basic. Chips you could count on 2 hands. Fish cakes were ‘off’. Tried a second one and knew by the taste they were not fresh. Advised staff who suggested replacing them with some ‘fresh’ newly made ones. Declined. Then suggested giving me chips to replace. Declined! They refunded the meal (minus chips). Never again. I’ve travelled to Ireland and this meal is not indicative of this beautiful country.

Fabulous, fast & friendly service. Delicious food that caters to gluten intolerant patrons. I highly recommend the risotto and the potato skins. 👌🏼

We just adored the Dubliner Irish bar and restaurant. It's Mornington's best kept secret, probably because it's off Main Street. Inside is cosy and friendly with a good choice of ales and a delicious menu. Live music is a highlight and the customers join in with Irish mirth and merriment. A truly wondrous experience.

Fun quiz every Wednesday! You need to book a table in advance and check out fametrivia.com.au they organise and run the quiz We had an enjoyable couple of hours with Guinness and good pub grub while you try and answer the fun questions Awesome night thanks Dubliner 👌😎

I’m sure All the reviews of this little gem are sweet and about there very fair priced exquisite food and beautiful live music, and they are 100% true but the staff are also willing to have a laugh, after a couple blokes were being pigs they were on board with allowing us to send them all bj shots anonymously. But in all seriousness the food was amazing and the atmosphere was Stella and as soon as they were aware there was a problem they dealt with them better than I thought possibly. The Guinness was flowing and the laughs were many and it was a good night.

These legends absolutely made my day! (And my partners) She was out and I was not, but that didn’t mean I couldn’t buy her a drink. After a little communication and some drink options I was able to get a cocktail to her table even though I was unable to be there. Amazing service and many brownie points scored! Priceless x

Good atmosphere. But after a big days travel I got in around 5.30pm. Had a few kilkenny and come 6.30 ordered a meal to be told the table was reserved. I said what is they come early, they said you will need to vacate. I said not a chance in hell, no offer of somewhere else to sit ( one person) End of the day no reserved notifications and the Guinness pie was a half baked version of real pie. Complete with instant potato Not happy at all people

What an amazing little pub. Tucked in the back streets of Mornington. Amazing music and staff. The food? Amazing. I've eaten some great pies across the UK, but their Beef and Guinness pie was at the top of my list. Beautifully crisp pastry and the filling was to die for. My only very tiny criticism, the salad needed a light dressing. But other than that. Happy full bellies at the end of our visit. Plates licked clean 😋

Been here on a couple of occasions over the years. I had a pint of Guinness. They overkill the amount of time it should sit for when it's not busy there. I ordered a bowl of chips and brown soda bread. I couldn't eat the chips, there was so much salt on them, and the bread was nothing like wholemeal bread. An Irish themed pub......if you're not Irish.

A very warm and friendly atmosphere. Food was great as were the staff and service. The live Irish music was a bonus.

Our afternoon was a bit too family oriented. A family on an agacent table had kids who though an adult bar was a kids playground, without any adult supervision. Not the bars fault, but not our either.

Was Great! Love the music. Food was really good. We brought our two doggies. They enjoyed the water. Thanks for the service and atmosphere.
