Stayed at Caroline again on the weekend. Had such a luxurious evening in the outdoor pool and spa. Our room was clean and spacious and we enjoyed all the streaming services. It’s a joy to stay at Caroline and we can’t wait to return. Many thanks to Sam and the team.

After months of research and planning (and booking 9 months in advance), I feel like we drew the short-straw on our apartment allocation from Sandy Hill. Our 2-bedroom apartment was on the 2nd floor and our living area and bedrooms all faced Bay Road. The traffic noise from this busy main road was loud and relentless even in holiday period. None of us (2 adults, 2 teenagers) slept well for our entire 5 night stay. We couldn't have the living area doors open, let alone use the balcony, due to the constant traffic noise. The small two-bedroom apartment was clean and nicely furnished with comfy beds but none of this mattered because we couldn’t enjoy the space or sleep due to traffic noise. The narrow lap pool was lovely but very small given the number of residents/guests in the entire complex. It was too crowded to use most days (and we tried at different times over 5 day stay). Very disappointing — especially given peak-season rates ($450 per night) and our first 'away' Christmas to catchup with family since Covid. Stunned that no other reviews mention traffic noise! Despite friendly staff, find it difficult to recommend unless maybe you can guarantee an apartment not facing Bay Road.

Booked a 2 bedroom apartment on Agoda. Was very happy with the professionalism via the manager Gordon. Very helpful and welcoming. Room was great, large balcony 2 x toilets and very comfortable beds. Great to have secure underground parking and even an IGA, licensed supermarket on site. Definitely be back, thanks

We booked a 2 Bedroom Terrace to host Christmas with our extended family. A few months prior to our stay we called in to check the room suitability - The staff member on duty at reception was very helpful. The rooms were spotless, smelt lovely and appeared brand new. We brought all our own kitchenware as we knew we’d have more guests than items supplied. Plenty of kitchen and wardrobe space. Balcony/Terrace was excellent size for hosting 10+ guests. We made use of the pool area, which again very well maintained. Secure underground parking included in our booking. All guests were impressed, and we may be back again as it was a great Family Christmas.

Not the greatest quality build but this is how apartments are built these days. The rooms and apartment were clean and ok for a 4 day family stay. The IGA is super convenient if you need anything. Few improvements needed to make it a 5 star review - Heated pool is amazing however the spa tiles needs a deep clean. The noise from extractor fan in the ensuite is a nightmare. Reception said you can switch off from Laundry after putting up with all night however it comes back on each time you switch light on. The noise from the main road is LOUD. Perhaps some double glazed windows for street facing apartments would do the trick! Finally … please invest in some couches you can actually sit on … boy are they rough !

Fantastic apartment, facilities and location. Great coffee shop and mini supermarket on-site. Highly recommend.

Very accommodating and pet friendly. The building is mixed with permanent residents, renters and short stay accommodation so lots of dogs walking around. Nice gym, pool and sauna.

Stayed their last night the apartment was fantastic all the mod cons you need, it was clean and comfortable. Reception were great gave us detailed directions of where everything was etc. Highly recommend and would stay their again.

Beautiful 2 bed 2 bathroom terrace apartment very clean and comfortable. Reception staff are a pleasure to deal with very friendly and helpful. Great location, close to Sandy Jetty for beautiful walks along the ocean path.

Home away from home. Stayed here for a bit over one month in 2 bedroom premium apartment. Rooms are modern and well maintained. Beds and pillows are comfy. Decent tv and okay internet for some streaming. House keeping were very friendly, freshened up the space nicely and were respectful whilst working at home. Reception staff were great too. Gym was clean with decent range of equipment. The downstairs IGA, cafe and close green spaces were another plus. Would recommend to family and friends.

We dropped in and they was open Sunday afternoon at 2.30 for meals which was good we each had a lovely meal mine was the Guinness pie, which was great, really was, Probably had the best Guinness I've ever had makes me think if other pubs water there's down as this one had a real body. Lovely generous serves too Highly recommended

Really lovely apartment. Nice comfy bed and very clean. Everything you need for a great stay with a small IGA with bottle shop downstairs for quick bits. Also supermarket is just down the road maybe 500 metres away. Good internet & everything you need in your kitchen. Will be our permanent close to family place to stay.

Nice place. Comfortable but small apartments. Don’t stay in the main road apartments unless you have earplugs

Amazing place wouldn’t even say it’s 4 start felt like 5 star beautiful customer service comfortable beds was very clean! location was amazing close to the beach and near local shops definitely going to stay here again 😊

I stayed here for 3 months and had an excellent stay , you would have to be a real Karen to find anything to complain about here,
