Great clinic and wonderful experience. I had very bad and overcharged cleaning and X-ray experience in another clinic before and they told me to do some unnecessary treatment. Then I booked another appointment with Dr Michael Xu, who was very professional and considerate during the appointment. The clinic has beautiful equipment and the doctor gives thorough examination and clear suggestions and instructions. I’ll do my braces later in this clinic for sure.

Dr Michael Chan was amazing. He explained everything clearly and followed up with a phone call after reviewing ex rays with a recommended treatment plan. I felt like he was caring and treated me with respect and kindness. I will be seeing Dr Chan for all my future dental procedures.

Amazing experience that I couldn't be happier with! I had to undergo several appointments to fix some broken teeth and there was no pain, no discomfort, even the temporaries were great, and I'm super happy with the real crowns. Dr. Michael explained the procedures, answered all of the questions I had throughout, and offered an all-around great experience which was nice after the traumatic accident that caused it :D Should I have any other issues in the future, I'll be coming back with no hesitation. Came here for the first time. I received an appointment in 4 hours because I was in severe pain. The doctor was very understanding and nice. I wanted to get the extraction done on the same day so they booked me in 2 hours. Dr. Michelle did my extraction and she was absolutely wonderful! The extraction was hard but Dr Michelle made sure she kept giving me updates so that I don't worry and was very cheerful. The whole experience has been very positive and budget friendly.

They were able to accomodate me on extremely short notice when i had a really bad toothache, the place is clean and very tidy the staff are lovely! Michael who was my dentist had to the entire procedure while i was in extreme pain and he stayed cool and respectful the entire time I will definitely be coming back to this place for the rest of my procedures!

Went for a dental filling, the staff are all polite and friendly but the dentist checked my teeth asked when did I get my scaling done: I answered it was within 12months, she didn't ask if I wish to get it done at their clinic/or today/or inform the cost of the service before prying my mouth open for local anaesthesia. I don't know if its common to make the patient lay down flat (It is usually in a slanted angle when I get my filling done at DentalOne) the entire time they scaled and filled me was a torture and the dentist kept saying it was because my jaw was stiff but I couldn't tell her my neck is the one which is hurting. Overall it was a disastrous experience and a lesson not book an appointment in haste just because it is available immediately.

I was on holidays in Melbourne and had issues with a filling. Called and was seen on the same day. Dr Julie Sheng's chairside manner was fantastic, no discomfort and issues were fixed right away. Thanks for the care and prompt service.

Amazing service from Dr Julie and her team, very clean and friendly practice. Receptionists and customer support is great, been there a solid amount of times to get cleans/fillings and tooth extractions. Prices are fair and competitive, well worth it for the skills and equipment provided. This is my go-to clinic and Dr Julie is superb!

My first ever dental experience in Australia, it was horrible… First off, they make me wait 40 mins. Second, the staff was quiet rude. Trying to overcharge, when i asked for the explanation she was like overreacting and didn’t even apologize for her behavior… highly recommend not to go there if you’re not Chinese.

Got 3 crowns done over 3 appointments. Have had terrible experiences with dentists so wasn't looking forward to it but Michael Chan was great with me. He was patient when l needed him to stop for a minute but got the job done as painlessly as possible. They are even open on Saturday and Sunday. Very happy to recommend Michael and the clinic.

Great team, from receptionist to dentists. I've seen a few different dentists at this clinic and all of them were great. Definitely recommended

I had to have a tooth removed that was causing massive pain. I was able to get in on a Sunday at no extra cost. The tooth extraction took about 2 hours(the tooth had a deep curved root) and they also had to remove shards from an older tooth that was next to that tooth. In the end they only charged me for one tooth removal when they technically did two, and one x-ray when they had to do three. Overall they were very friendly and professional, probably the best dental experience I've had.
