We need to normalize seeing a Psychiatrist/ Councilors not only to seek help with any mental issues but also whenever we want to vent out in these stressful times. Some things we can’t share with friends and family. Talking to a counselor can help us think or hear our own thoughts more clearly and give us a perspective. Dr. Ishat Kalra is a very sensible and thoughtful person. Had few sessions with him (remotely) in this pandemic and felt a huge difference afterwards.
