(Available in all flavours) Starting from its opening to its amazing flavour, everything was just so so so appetising. Cake added to mie personal favourite list of desserts ❤️

I had ordered a chocolate (Belgian, 33%cocoa) fondant cake for 8th November for my daughter's 6th birthday. The cake delivered was not as per our design and had minor flaws. To my utter horror, when my daughter cut the cake, it was a black forest cake instead of the choclate one (which is their speciality) as ordered. Also, to add to my dissapointment, most of the guests didn't even eat the fondant and wasted most of the cake. Not hailing from Ludhiana, yet being an ardent lover of this place for it's cakes and food, I'm highly sad to be writing such a negative review. Hope that next time no one is let down like this.

There is a significant gap in what they are charging and quantity of what they are serving, its more of food decoration than eatable part. Also, I would say if you are charging good, they taste of food served should look like value for money. Ambience is good. Overall Ok Ok place, can be visited.

Proper sanitization facilities. It is basically a bakery and cake shop with a nice cafe. The seating arrangement is good and cafe area is clean. The price is little bit high but they served authentic taste of coffee and chocolates. Great place to have Chinese and Italian food. Ambience was good. Also have clean washrooms. Nice place to spend time with your special ones.

This place has got my heart completely. Firstly, the ambience is really cool. The staff is so kind and the hospitality they provide really amazed us. The dishes recommended are as follows Herb Roasted Chicken & Pesto Panini Hazelnut Cappuccino Tandoori Chicken Tikka Wrap Ferrero Rocher Chocolate Shake Chilli Chicken with Fried Rice Everything is prepared freshly and served with great presentation. Also, their bakery items and belgian chocolates are really delicious.

Very unhygienic,I ordered 2 cold coffee and 1 cafe latte for takeaway.the person who prepared the coffee not wearing gloves,he regularly touched his face mask from frontside with his hands and then prepare coffee with those hands then he pack cookies with same dirty hands and put sugar ,cookies and straw on shelf,the shelf is not clean there are so many flies there .when I say I don’t want your straw cookies n sugar he says sorry. Belfrance not following COVID-19 PROTOCOL.very unhygienic,unhealthy food preparation.

Tried their some delicacies and amazed by the presentation, nicely work done at hospitality and ambience too.

Worst cake experience...For this cake they have charged 5400 rupees and anyone can see here.. How badly they have given it to us...background is empty..you can see the tile easily.. how much cost it would take to simply cover this tile...worst experience.this is not the first time i have seen blunder by them..but definitely this is my last time to order cake from them ..never ever book any cake from them.. they have ruined it all...

Really great! I looked it!!Really tasty. I personally like their cakes Berry much and I prefer everyone to purchase from there only. Their quality is also very well maintained from the starting. They provide the best. I really like the first taste when I eat. Also their pastries are very good. They provide the best coffee in the town. I would be thankful if they open some more branches in Ludhiana and outside also.

Had one of the tastiest Lasagna ever... perfect texture the drooling cheese along with the stuffing, and a peach tea tea the taste perfectly matching its name not like other restaurants giving just sugary water.

Owsm pizza but average cofee , i visited this place many times had many tried n tested food items pastas pizza hotdog sizzler ever mai course too. Belfrance ,one of the best bakers and resturant in sharabha ngr,kipps Market in Ludhiana.No doubt a posh area with so many restaurants , icecream shops,spa,Botiques but belfrance , definitely on top position.It was birthday of my son Milind Kwatra's birthday,so we choose Belfrance a perfect blend of delicious dishes and hospitality,one man specialy visit every table to satisfy their requirements and ask about quality of foods and if there is any negligence from staff,this is hospitality , nobody cares this.Hat off to the responsible staff. Food quality is so good and delicious ,just one cannot express in words , because it's matter of taste.Ample parking as usual in this market,well planned infrastructure ,neat and clean atmosphere for a family and friends to enjoy and spend their time happily and a joyfully.

Had a great experience, ordered veg extravanza pizza with chicken sizzler and Bel Frappe... Sizzler could be better in taste. Overall Good Experience 👍

One of the best places in town

The quality was awesome bit pricey though. I must recommend this place for the best cakes and bakery products. I placed an order from New Zealand for my family. Kuldeep took my order and he ensured to customize it perfectly as per my wish which he did so. I am thankful to the team for delivering such a quality work.

Belfrance is one of the best restaurant in ludhiana where you can hangout with your friends or family. I celebrated my birthday over there and the ambience was too good. The food was delicious, I ordered Paneer Makhani pizza and belgian cake shake which was really good. A must try place.👍

Whats the most beautiful thing i had on my anniversary is this belgian chocolate cake from belfrance which my beloved partner has ordered for me its such a delicious cake that whether it any occassion or not i would love to have this cake on regular basis and now its always in my fridge.

Their belgian chocolate pastry is phenomenal. A must try in the city, you will surely love it. Their delivery is also very fast.

We as the family had a bad experience. I don't know their criteria for categorising their customers. How do they prioritise? Looks, mobile, Hindi English, God knows... Our doughnuts came 15 mins later after 2 reminders, no one came for orders, gave order twice, after 20mins order was not placed, one another customer other than us, but still they ignored us as we came for free food. Felt very bad. Don't know about taste as ate nothing as such to comment. Won't go there again for sure. Thousands like them in the city. Probably their owner must be a very humble man so that their staff feels like an owner.

I think I can't thank less to belfrance .I asked Mr Satinder Singh for a favour on call ,not only they helped me but charged nothing .I have never seen such response and service .I am so overwhelmed with their service .Also to add their Thai curry is the best Thai curry ever. One of the best place to have snacks, cake & Coffee . Also you can have main course meal of Hot bread. The preparation and service is excellent. A clam place. The staff is very polite and helpful. They are giving a small device. By pressing you can call the waiter or can get help. This is a new feature I have seen in Ludhiana.

Lovely place

Nice place with good hospitality. I enjoyed my evening with a sip of Coffee and pasta and it was delicious. I loved the way they greet and take care of their customers. Though this are bit expensive but difinatly i would pay them a second visit soon.

Best place for cappuccino and Belgian chocolates. Love their pastas and paninis. I think they also have the best macaroons and waffles in Ludhiana. For weddings and Diwali, they have great hampers.

One of the best places in Ludhiana and Punjab. If anyone wants great food, good shakes, good gym diet, one should go to Belfrance. Coffee quality is amazing. Hot chocolate 55 percentage is best in the world. I love to come here with my family.

Overhyped place.Super slow sevice and lax staff.It took more than 30 mins to get a sandwich. The fries we got were stale and had to tell them to re do it to which they were not interested. The pulled chicken sandwich was decent though.Took home a tin of Belgium biscuits which was too sweet and not that great!! Overall an average experience!

Disappointed with the coffee they served yesterday. Took almost half am hour just for coffee. Otherwise its good place to visit for bakery items.

Just had the tastiest pizza in Ludhiana! Also the best Belgian Hot Chocolate in town. Highly recommend them for some amazing food and drinks and their chocolate products. 10/10

Good staff and service but food i ordered was average (noodles with manchurian gravy).... the bad part was the use of plastic... i had to ask them not to get straw and instead i was offered plastic spoon... the dish was also served in plastic plate.
