Title: "A Nightmare: Disrespectful Female Staff and Unprofessional Trainer" ⭐️☆☆☆☆ (1/5 stars) I've had the absolute worst experience at this gym, and it's mainly due to the incredibly rude female staff and an unprofessional trainer who seems completely out of her depth. It's as if the female staff member believes she's the owner and treats paying members with blatant disrespect. From the moment I stepped in, the attitude of this staff member was off-putting. She exudes an air of entitlement, as if she owns the place and we should all be grateful to be there. Her lack of respect for members, both in her tone and actions, is astounding. It's a clear example of terrible customer service. And then there's the trainer. Her size isn't the issue; it's her lack of knowledge and skill. When you sign up for a gym, you expect trainers who can guide you effectively towards your fitness goals. This trainer not only seemed disinterested but also struggled to provide any meaningful advice. It's frustrating to pay for a service and feel like you're getting absolutely nothing in return. The combination of the arrogant female staff and the unprofessional trainer makes this gym an absolute disaster. It's a place where your money is taken for granted, and you're treated like an inconvenience. The lack of professionalism and respect is alarming. I urge anyone considering joining this gym to think twice and explore other options where you'll be treated with the respect you deserve and receive proper guidance from qualified trainers. Avoid this gym at all costs.

Very good and big gym with all new branded equipment. The gym is expanded in 4 floors with dedicated floors for different tasks. The shower area and washrooms are neat and clean. The owner is humble and has a great experience of gyming and body building. The Gym is situated in a prime location of Awadhpuri. Very easy access through car, bike or even public transport.

I've been working out in Forge since its inception and until now... Everything is superb! It provides a spectacular gym experience. — All the machines are of superb quality (all Jerai). — Well-educated and experienced trainers. And apart from the obvious, they also take care of minor things which are super-duper important for users. — The entire gym is clean and tidy, especially the much-needed washrooms. — There's plenty of parking space. — There's also a whiteboard with 'fitness quote of the day' (I love that). Overall a fantastic experience. Great work Forge!

I m member in this gym since last two months and the experience here is so appreciating of the staff member, trainer and the owner. Trainers are experienced and so friendly and keep an eye on every person in guiding them or if they need any help regarding their exercise. Owner is so caring person as he always asked about feedback so that we are not facing any issues regarding the gym. no doubt the atmosphere here is so positive and motivating all the activities are scheduled properly...we can't doubt on equipments quality when it comes to Jerai ...
