I went for a Spa here, which was supposed to be a 1 hour session, the therapist started my session at 2 pm and ended it at 2:40. I noted the time beforehand and saw it after the session ended. Coming to the massage, it was the worst kind of massage one could have had, it was like someone just applying oil to your body. NO PRESSURE, NO TECHNIQUE. Please avoid going for a spa here and save your money. They charged 1000 bucks for a 1 hour session and ended it in just 40 minutes, and that too was useless. I feel like I just wasted my money. Also they take the money in advance because even they know how bad their services are. The massage room was shady, also no steam post massage.

If you have an appointment, you don't have to wait. I love there services. I had haircut and hydravital cleanup Staff is cooperative 1 star is less because they only have one steemer and 3 customers were there so they are giving less steem. Overall good experience.

I had a haircut and facial cleaning, the owner is although a friend but the Services and staff behaviour was above par. The place is very upscale and creates the right atmosphere for the soothing experience one deserves.

I spent more that Rs.15000 for nothing. They don’t want to loose the customer who are waiting/on line, so they don’t care about the current customer they have. My nail extension was done by someone else who was kinda newbie and did a terrible job because the main lady who does nails wasn’t there. The guy who did my haircut was rude, and did just the opposite of what I asked for. I am so disappointed with the service. I do like the work of Jyoti, she did a good job in facial not in waxing though. Not satisfied.

Must visit place for hair styling. Regular customer since 3 years. All staffs are well trained and take care of customers.

I am being fan of miss ragini she give me best service . And her nature and technique of skin care is best i am regular customer of makeover salon but this time it's really value for money service.

Went for a haircut, had such a bad experience, my hair is ruined completely. A simple bob cut was so difficult for them. Amature hairdresser!! After showing reference picture many times he was like yes i got it and i trusted him with my hair but Little did I know the results were very disappointing. And the worst part is that they will make you believe that they have done a great job. If you care for your hair the choice is yours.
