Very great view, but prices of food are over priced, prices for the serving were too high. Vegies were same price as chicken 😅

We ordered set B - not available, set A - not available..can order all the dishes but not the set? Also they delivered fried rice we didn’t order. Broccoli was not cooked and cold. No watermelon, no ice…really this restaurant needs new staff and manager who are professional not incompetent. Toilet is filthy and wash sink not cleaned.

In my experience okay naman the food, the service, and the atmosphere. I requested to remove the seafood sa birthday noodles coz I had allergic rxn to it they served one order with seafood had to return it to them tapos they gladly replaced it. No reklamo at all. Will definitely come back kasi ok naman mga in order namin. Thank you for Lunch yesterday 💜

Delicious. I have seen other reviews here, and they are bad. But our experience is different. The cooking time is fast and the food is prepared fresh. I also requested they not put any vegetables in the Sweet and Sour Pork, and they obliged which I really appreciate. There may be a wait time especially peak lunch and dinner times. The price is fair as with other Hap Chan restaurants.

We’ve been here today me and my dad, since i loved to seeing magnific view to seated at the balcony. So i ordered a small dish since were just two person. How can you experience a casual dining that same like a cafeteria haha. You’ve then you wait for a 10 to 15 minutes to that duration you should expect that they will send you a house water dining plates and coolers either juices or soda. But i experienced was different the food was served fast. But looks like you’re in a cafeteria that okay here’s your food “bang put on your table then okay bahala na kayo haha” the server is not approachable and also the hostess they never to ask you that if you need something or else I don’t know if they’re tired doing there job so I consider it. But the thing that i will never consider that you’re also done to your meal and if you never to call the waiter or hostess they will come to your table. I’m so very disappointed to this experienced of dining they forgot the drinks you ordered that it should be the first will be served when your in the restaurant. Here in Hap Chan was so very disappointed for their service. Maybe they need to hire more employees to take care of their customers. Even if how they treated us that way still i give them a tips.

We came in a group of 18 people. The waiters lied and told us that they were not serving ala cart because they only have buffet. We stayed because the 3 Seniors and the 2 kids were hungry and I recommended to everybody Hapchan. But 30mins after we got seated and started eating, we saw 2 other waiters giving newly seated Customers with menu. So I called the attention of the head waitress and she said that they have to finish everything on the buffet table which were barely refilled. I understand that they don't want to waste food but it is the choice of the Customers to go buffet or not. And on top of that, we had 3 Seniors but they only gave 1 discount then we had 3 birthday celebrants but gave us 2 free only. We have been to different branches but this branch has the worst Customers service!

It's ok in general, but it might be a different story during peak hours. After lunch, a lot of their items are not available anymore, but serving time is faster.

We ordered ala carte. Serving was huge. Yang Chow rice and Meaty Pancit Canton was good enough for 3-4 persons for less than 300 pesos per dish. Butchi was the star.It was sooo soft and delicious. Not at all oily. I would have had a second serving but I was already sooo full from the other two dishes. Attendants were also polite. Lastly, the view of Taal was really beautiful. I would go backhere anytime.

Order took so long to arrive even if we were the only one that was there. Black gulaman with sago was so bad, such a disappointment. I do not recommend this place.
