One of the best universities in the PH, indeed. Though the facilities are not quite as good as other pioneering universities, it produces competent and excellent graduates.

PUP is a sought-after state university with one of the largest student populations. Its main campus is located in the old district of Sta, Mesa in Manila. I know many graduates of PUP who have been successful in their respective professional careers such as accounting and information technology.

The Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP) is the first polytechnic university of the country. Founded in 1904, its main campus, Mabini Campus is located in Sta. Mesa, Manila. The old house of Apolinario Mabini (National Hero) is located within the PUP compound.

Alma mater! Iskolar ng Bayan! 12pesos per unit in College, but I finished my masters here. This prestigious, and the first Polytechnic University of the Phillippines molds the most competent job ready graduates. The Campus is big enough for a huge number of students. It has a football field and track and field, open basketball courts, tennis courts, and a swimming pool. It is near Anonas LRT station, and beside Pasig river. Parking is limited inside. There is a replica house of Mabini next to the circle. Comfort rooms are okay, I love the green lushes of trees as soon as you enter our main campus. I will always be proud as a PUPians.

My second home. My beloved alma mater. Our ‘Sintang Paaralan’. Where I experienced the best and lowest times of my life.

Quality and affordable education!

Sure tuition is low/free, sure it's a state university. But there are a lot of terror professors that fail you just because. Their staffs don't reply on the emails. They have bad management. Their IT are slow/uneducated on modern tech that it took them years just to upgrade their student/faculty portal SIS. I may have entered/enrolled in this school but I regret it having done so.

This is the "University of the People". Even before, the students do not pay too much. Now, it has become a free university. This is the best school in Accountancy! They also offer other courses such as Engineering, Mass Communication, Tourism, and many others. This main campus has branches outside Metro Manila.

We had a good quality of education in PUP. The only thing that hinders it from getting a 5-star is its facility, and probably, corruption(?)

Recommend choosing the Polytechnic University of the Philippines because it offers good quality education and it offers scholarships to thousands of Filipino students. You can find a lot of affordable foods for students around this university.

Very observant in abiding the safety protocols. You have to request for appointment on-line to avoid crowd congestion.

School is big and have accommodations for thousands of students wanting to become a SCHOLAR NG BAYAN. Place has that old Hispanic feels when you see the frontage of the entrance to the school premise...Grounds are clean although the place and establishments is old. I believe the whole campus can be improved by having the buildings repainted for a more pleasing facade, and grass on their stadium needs some cutting when i went there, (for safety reasons as well). PUP has strict rules in protocols, you need to go by appointment in their website. No walk-ins are entertained.
