Service is too slow. They told us that there'll be updates after 7-10 days, but we received the first update after 13 days. Then they told us about a review that will take 2-3 business days, and it's now one week that there's no update about the review. It's almost a month since we left our device there which is unfair. Other branches can finish the job WITHIN A DAY or atleast A WEEK. Their services are starting to get stressful. I will never go here for any type of service again after I get our device!

Idk but there's something about the attitude of the staff in this store they treated me so well before but they seem a bit off this time I still did buy tho. I don't know what's up but they don't seem to be warm. Maybe because they assume that most will just browse and not buy since Festival is a bit of a cheap place. They do not assist right away nor converse well as if they will entertain you if you buy. They wouldn't even come up to you immediately you will be there browsing for at least 3-5mins before someone finally goes to you or you need to call a staff to assist you idk but they really feel off and yes agree with others that purchasing something takes about 10-20mins and that they dont memorize what items are available. I wish they had Mac at ATC instead Festival is not a safe place for people buying Mac and carrying around a Mac bag while shopping there are a lot of weirdos shopping now at Festival because Starmall is closed down.

Service is so slow! They make you wait so long just to pay for the item. Their store is full of people and social distancing is not strictly enforced. Do not recommend!

Unfriendly staff, especially the girl that 'assisted' us who seemed so bothered with our questions. Just really wanted to buy an iPhone 11 that time and since it's the only store that still carries one in the mall, I had no choice but to make the purchase. Overall disappointing customer service.

Had encountered inappropriate attitude with the service personnel - Francesca in which she was not able to explain clearly the service agreement procees. Had an arguement with her as she insisted it was my fault of not understanding their process. Ended up leaving the iPhone unit as they will charge me twice if I decided to take back the unit then have it repaired next time. Very poor customer relations and was in a hurry as she was alone serving customers and have to wait for 20-30 minutes until my number was called. One service personnel on a weekend seems ineffective and needs improvement specially with the behaviour of your personnel towards customers that pays your services.

Alabang Power Mac Service Center 's female staff was the worst. When I went there on Sunday, she told me as "Couldn't change batteries by Sunday". So when I went there at 1pm on weekdays, she told me as "Replacement take time 4 hours, it was over 5pm, couldn't by today". I became sad. I found some repair shop while walking on the 3rd floor. They replaced the original Apple batteries in 15 minutes by 1'800 pesos. I was study and confirmed for Method for Battery Replacement" by YouTube. They are same "Method" as "YouTube". I recommend this store to you rather than feeling uncomfortable by Power Mac Service Center.

Utterly worthless. All they seem to be capable of doing is formatting your hard drive, which is monkey-level repair service. Go to Switch.

The store itself is spacious enough, the items thats being sold is shown properly. The only downside is the store is clearly understaffed. Even when buying a single item like a charger you will wait 10-30min or more for processing the order. Then you'll wait in line again for the cashier.

Expensive really expensive and for what. Dinosaur thinking on product. Relfuse to have dual sim phones hiwever they build in redundancy as when the battery wont charge yoy have to throw rhe phone away.

They have contact numbers, but seem to not know how to answer. I've been trying to call, but no one answers. Considering this pandemic and all, you can save yourself a trip to the shop if you call before visiting the store. But no one answers. I hope they can improve in this area.

I went to Powermac two days ago to get a battery replacement, waited for half an hour to be served only to be told they don’t do battery replacement on sundays. This is something the attendant that gave me my waiting number could have easily told me, as they enquired as to what my problem was when I arrived. The server did not check my phone even though I handed it to her and said “come back tomorrow”. The next day I was the first customer and served immediately, then surprisingly was told my phone was “bent” - something which I still cannot see - and that if they replace the battery the phone screen won’t work and I would have to pay for a unit replacement. Oh and also to have it changed would take 5 hours. Obviously there was no point in having it repaired in that case, but why didn’t the server tell me that yesterday to save my time? Oh and by the way the battery replacement will cost 3.750 pesos. I just went to a phone shop in the mall and they repaired it in less than five minutes for 1,000 pesos. Don’t waste your time or money here, phone is working fine and he never mentioned about it being bent (and neither did the Switch store I went to for a second opinion - but their wait for replacement was 5 days). Shocking service from an apple provider.

I just need to buy an adaptor and took me a while to check out. Yes, it's packed on weekends, they're understaffed so service is soooo slow.

the store is ok, it follows covid protocol guidelines however when paying, they should expedite fast transaction so people lining outside to purchase can go quickly.

Given the volume of Mac and Apple product owners this place is too small to accomodate everyone conveniently. Be here early otherwise. They can handle clients professionally though.

I like being left alone and not bothered while I shop, but when I have concerns I at least want the people who man the store to address them.

Recently visited the store. This has already opened. As there are limited customers allowed inside, the store assistant go out and assist you. Waiting time is not long as by the time you get in, you are just paying the cashier. Excellent service! Thank you!
