We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful boutique hotel, which is situated at walking distance from the lovely city centre of Ghent! The staff is very friendly, the breakfast is magnificent and the rooms are clean and trendy! The beds are just perfect for a good night sleep, and you get a nice local delicacy upon arrival. To top it off, the hotel features a private wellness area where you can fully relax after a day of sightseeing. This hotel is 100% worth the stay!

The hotel is within walking distance to multiple sightseeing and tourism places. The staff is absolutely lovely and kind. The receptionist is very friendly and the housekeeper is patient and helpful. The room is so comfortable and cozy. It's modern and clean. The bed is soft and I had the best sleep on my travel around europe here. The breakfast is also very good, and the staff's service on making the hot food is so nice. If I can give any critique, I think having a do not disturb and make up room hangers would be great! Otherwise, the hotel has been a fantastic place to stay in. Thank you for your service!

Check-in was a breeze, and they were more than happy to provide me more information on the city center (Restaurants,bars,…) The design and decor of the hotel are simply stunning. A perfect blend of modern sophistication and classic elegance, the interiors are beautifully appointed with attention to detail. My room was a haven of comfort and luxury. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the linens were of the highest quality. Everything I could have desired was available, and the room's cleanliness was impeccable. The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff. They were attentive, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was nothing short of perfect. The breakfast buffet featured a mouthwatering spread of fresh, local produce and a wide variety of delicious options. Last but not least, the ambiance of the hotel was tranquil and serene. We had a great stay at this nice brand new boutique hotel at walking sitance from the city centre. Really great value for the nice room you get and the possibility to have a nice time at the spa. The hotel staff was very responsive and helped with every request we made. I would also highly recommend taking the breakfast!

We were lucky enough to be among the first to visit this magnificent hotel in Ghent! It's very well located and close to all areas of interest. When you arrive, everything is done to make you feel at home, and the staff are welcoming. The hotel is tastefully decorated and has a premium feel! The rooms are very well thought out, with all amenities, even more than most hotels in this price range. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choice for the buffet in addition to the on-demand menu. No hidden costs, everything is included, even the private sauna. You can go there with your eyes closed!

Amazing hotel with equally amazing staff. My birthday was a few days before arriving and I had booked the Spa to wind down after arriving and I was treated to a nice little surprise. Totally unexpected but definitely personalized my stay. 10/10 would stay again.

Brand new hotel in Ghent. It just opened in July and everything about it is wonderful. State of the art accommodations. Doors open automatically and warm personalized greeting when you enter your room. Not only a handwritten note with chocolates, but a greeting on the thermostat personalized with your name. Service was excellent. They gave us excellent recommendations for restaurants. Beds were so comfortable. Walking distance to everything. We spent 2 luxurious nights here. If you’re staying in Ghent, this is where you should stay.

I love this hotel! The welcome was warm and made me feel right at home. Wonderful recommendations for restaurants and sights, which were spot-on. The hotel itself is beautiful and the my room was spacious and the bed was divine! Great water pressure in the shower. I did not take advantage of the spa, but I am sure it is equally wonderful. I’m already looking forward to staying here on my next trip to lovely Ghent.

Very good hotel, located pretty close to the centre. Great beds, good bathroom, luxurious interior. Everything new. Warm welcome and all staff kind and helpful during the whole stay. We took an hour in the private Spa and sauna to start our weekend with. Superior breakfast, just ask for the pancakes or English breakfast, and you will be surprised by the great Nepalese breakfast chef!
