    Where should I begin…? I started out training with Maxime in between 2 lockdowns because I got interested in calisthenics. Since then Maxime started to train a dedicated group of people wanting to learn the movements of calisthenics. Maxime covers all the aspects on this outdoor sports. He makes us do drills with basic movements to gain strength needed to perform power moves. But besides he is very skilled in breaking down complex movements and combo’s into reasonable accessible parts which we are able to execute. He closely analyses our moves and gives us individual advice on how we can make a move work or how we can even make the move cleaner. While guiding us, he never fails to motivate us and triggering us to learn more. There is never a dull moment with this trainer and I hope we still have a long way ahead of us in which we unlock more moves and combo’s!

    Maxime is a coach who always shows up with a positive attitude and makes each person feel welcome. Very professional yet you get the personal feeling that he genuinely wants to help you advance your skills and succeed. He is very organized in the trainings he plans, and delivers programs in a digestible, fun, and challenging manner for anyone at any level of fitness to enjoy. I always feel my confidence level increase when attempting new skills in calisthenics when I’m under his watch. If you want to work with a trainer invested in your long term fitness goals, this is your guy!

    Awesome trainer, awesome guy. He gives a good mix between strength and skill training, and tailors his training type depending on the group of people joining. Has respect for more beginner level people and brings a lot of equipment to help you progress to the nicely.

    Hele fijne trainingen, zowel in groepsverband als privé! De lessen zijn leerzaam, gezellig en je boekt snel vooruitgang. Maxime als trainer is echt een aanrader!!

    Twee jaar geleden ben ik begonnen met trainen bij Maxime. Ondertussen zijn deze momenten echt deel geworden van mijn leven. We sporten samen maar het voelt meer aan als spelen. Dit neemt niet weg dat mijn spieren de dagen erna wel goed stijf kunnen zijn. Maxime helpt me met het verbeteren van mijn kracht, lenigheid, handstand, oefeningen aan de rekstok,.. Er is zoveel variatie tijdens iedere trainingen. Het is zo'n plezier om buiten, een op maat gemaakte sessie te krijgen. Maxime houdt rekening met wat je kan en wat je wil kunnen, hier werken we samen naar toe. Hij kan goed motiveren , zeker op dagen dat het allemaal eens wat moeilijker lukt. Het is een plezier om bij Maxime te sporten!

    Beste trainer uit Gent en omstreken. Door Maxime kreeg ik opnieuw plezier in het sporten. Veel aandacht voor persoonlijke situatie (conditie, blessures,…) en goeie combinatie tussen kracht, lenigheid, uitdaging en fun!
