I
recently
had
the
misfortune
of
dealing
with
this
company,
and
I
must
say
it
has
been
an
incredibly
frustrating
and
disappointing
experience.
I
placed
an
order
for
a
washing
machine
on
September
2nd,
and
from
that
point
on,
it's
been
one
problem
after
another.
First,
I
had
to
take
time
off
work
to
accommodate
a
delivery
that
was
rescheduled
without
any
notice
or
explanation.
The
lack
of
professionalism
and
coordination
within
this
organization
is
glaringly
evident.
What's
even
more
perplexing
is
that
I
received
a
message
yesterday
stating
that
the
store
had
initiated
a
refund
for
my
order.
This
came
completely
out
of
left
field,
as
just
moments
before,
I
had
been
informed
that
the
washing
machine
was
on
its
way
for
delivery.
It's
mind-boggling
how
inconsistent
and
poorly
communicated
their
actions
are.
This
level
of
service
is
entirely
unacceptable.
I
expected
a
smooth
and
efficient
process
when
making
my
purchase,
but
all
I've
encountered
are
delays,
miscommunications,
and
a
complete
lack
of
accountability.
To
make
matters
worse,
there
hasn't
even
been
an
attempt
to
make
amends
for
the
subpar
service.
In
summary,
I
cannot
emphasize
enough
how
dissatisfied
I
am
with
this
company.
Their
customer
service,
or
lack
thereof,
is
a
major
letdown,
and
I
strongly
caution
anyone
considering
doing
business
with
them.
Save
yourself
the
headache
and
look
elsewhere
for
your
needs.
