    Unfriendly, rude, no customer service. No English and certainly no Dutch. When you speak any of the 2 you just get ignored. No product knowledge. Why is the staff even there. I do speak French, just simply refuse. I am the customer after all.

    Bought rice cooker here.. Not good but they didnt accept return of product. I dont recommend electro depot for rice cooker.. Go with amazon or mediamart they have better return policies.. Very bad customer care service

    I recently had the misfortune of dealing with this company, and I must say it has been an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience. I placed an order for a washing machine on September 2nd, and from that point on, it's been one problem after another. First, I had to take time off work to accommodate a delivery that was rescheduled without any notice or explanation. The lack of professionalism and coordination within this organization is glaringly evident. What's even more perplexing is that I received a message yesterday stating that the store had initiated a refund for my order. This came completely out of left field, as just moments before, I had been informed that the washing machine was on its way for delivery. It's mind-boggling how inconsistent and poorly communicated their actions are. This level of service is entirely unacceptable. I expected a smooth and efficient process when making my purchase, but all I've encountered are delays, miscommunications, and a complete lack of accountability. To make matters worse, there hasn't even been an attempt to make amends for the subpar service. In summary, I cannot emphasize enough how dissatisfied I am with this company. Their customer service, or lack thereof, is a major letdown, and I strongly caution anyone considering doing business with them. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for your needs.

    It's a big store selling a lot of budget electronics products. Cannot really comment on the quality of the product since I haven't used it for long enough. However stuff didn't seem as interested in helping out the customer which is pretty common in Belgium. It has a big shared parking lot next to it and few other big box stores. If you are looking for deals in electronics then this might be the place.

    The store has all electronic items in all ranges. I have bought TV, microwave oven and iron stand from this store. The microwave oven was not working from day 1 but they immediately gave voucher and took back the faulty microwave at the store. Be sure to check the reviews on their websites for their in-house brands providing budget options.

    You do get best offers time to time on various household products. In each section, look for the small/daily utility hanging products, they are quite nice!

    Had a bad experience with them . Bought a smart television. Took a five year Garantie. After one week there was a line on the screen. Had problems with contact and was told no refund as I haven't used it I the year . It was to big for my appartement and waited till I moved to use it . Bad service, Dont recommend to buy anything.
