A very popular place for all generations. It was full when I visited, luckily there was still one last table for me. A very good selection of local beers. Good food and snack. Nice view of the water

Very nice place for either a brunch, lunch or an evening drink. The have a terrace overlooking the watersportbaan which is very nice. They have a very, very good beer list.

My friend tried to reserve but didn't succeed. However, the restaurant managed to arrange a 10 people table when she arrives, such a great service! The fries is very nice and delicious. The dog of the restaurant walked around and gave a quite casual atmosphere. The dog never bark when we were there. The decorations of the shop is also very interesting. Staff are friendly.

This place has a great atmosphere, friendly staff and excellent food. There is also a cozy outdoor terrace with views on the water. Furthermore they have a decent sized room for private events. Ample parking in the neighborhood. Recommend!

The cafe is situated in a very picturesque and quiet place, close to the water, but far away from any "civilization". Terrace is cozy, interior is simple and nice. Staff is friendly and helpful. Dishes are tasty. Service is not excellent - 1st round dishes can be served together with 2nd round dishes. We also ordered 3 drinks, 1 drink (from the menu) was not available, so while I went and asked what another drink to order (1 minute) they didn't do 2 other drinks, they started doing the order of other people, and I needed to wait for their attention again... So, lack of coordination, though in a very friendly manner.

One of my favourite places in Ghent! Great food, lots of beers to choose from (even some low alcohol beers), friendly staff, a nice terrace and always free parking. Nothing to dislike. We even gave our wedding party here. Everything was perfectly arranged!

Casual and hip (without trying too hard) place to eat and drink. Good value for money. Efficient service and super friendly staff. They go for a selection of quality dishes (belgian classics and tapas to share) rather than a huge range of mediocrity. Popular with all kinds of locals so reservation may be useful for peak times.

You can find 'fancy' beers, meaning not the usual but more these new kinds of small brewery that try to be a hipster brewery. But they also have the normal usual selection of beer. The wine is of good choice, you won't be disappointed there. (At least the bottles we tried). The food is tasty. But for tapas, some of them could be a bit of a larger portion. One time we had enough with 5 tapas for 2. The other time we didn't, the portions where smaller.. maybe that's the way to cope with inflation. Do take note, we had a fun time and sat at ease and comfortable. Also take note.. you need a phone to scan the menu and make your order via your phone and pay... after which you will be served. This being connected makes it a bit socially disconnected. ( But that is my personal preference for a paper menu and social waitering over looking at a phone and click-order-pay hoping for the right delivery)

Nice terrace with a pleasant view, excellent beer selection and tasty (if a tad on the expensive side) food. Terrace gets busy during nice weather so it can be a challenge to find somewhere to sit at times.
