The
food
isn’t
bad,
but
to
call
this
ramen
seems
like
an
insult
to
ramen.
It’s
not
even
that
it
is
just
experimental,
but
rather
that
it
isn’t
ramen
at
all.
The
place
is
nice
and
the
people
working
there
nice
as
well,
but
I
can’t
get
rid
of
the
fact
that
this
just
isn’t
close
to
being
something
Japanese
or
even
Asian.
If
it
would
have
a
Belgian
name
and
if
they
would
call
it
Belgian
noodle
soup,
I
would
have
given
more
stars.
Until
then,
this
isn’t
much
more
than
just
expensive
noodle
soup
with
some
weird
flavours
that
aren’t
that
tasty
at
all.
EDIT:
Unfortunately
I
have
to
take
this
one
step
further
as
it
seems
that
the
business
can't
take
criticism
well.
They
claim
to
be
"Ramenbar
in
Gent.
Japans
geïnspireerd",
but
then
say
that
they
aren't
claiming
to
be
Japanese
ramen.
So
if
you
want
constructive
criticism,
I
have
to
say
that
the
broth
was
tasteless
and
greasy.
The
noodles
were
quite
soggy
and
seemed
to
have
been
added
to
the
ramen
too
long
ago.
There
were
blobs
of
oil
floating
on
the
ramen
which
is
not
normal
at
all,
but
gave
the
overall
experience
a
negative
feeling.
I
feel
somehow
sickened
that
"Golden
Gai"
staff
took
the
time
to
check
other
reviews
I
left
on
businesses
in
Ghent.
Mostly
because
they
missed
all
the
good
reviews
I
left
(even
a
few
5
stars).
The
point
is
that
this
is
stalking
just
because
someone
did
not
like
the
food
you
make.
It
is
childish,
unprofessional,
and
more
than
just
disgusting,
it
shows
an
utter
disrespect
for
a
customer.
My
advice,
spend
more
time
cooking
good
noodles
and
good
ramen
than
on
the
internet
criticising
and
stalking
your
customers.
