We liked the sharing concept: sharing is caring. Service is what you wish for: very friendly and they go the extra mile. The atmosphere is nice and although the surroundings felt a bit cold in the beginning, we soon felt very comfy. We ordered beet tzaziki and vitello tonato for starters. Honestly the beet tzaziki is to die for...creamy, sweet, sour. It ticks all the boxes. The vitello tonato was very nice as well different from the original version but very creamy and delicious. For mains the Iberico ham was scrumptious and the chicken two ways just melted in our mouths and was perfectly paired with the miso caressed cauliflower. We loved every dish and we walked out feeling happy and content. Big thumbs up and can’t wait to visit again!

Excellent food in a lovely restaurant. I went with my girlfriend who had already visited the place with friends. Food sharing concept is great and allows you to taste more than one thing! Very friendly waitresses, chef Eric and his colleague know what they are doing and it is a treat to see them preparing the dishes in the open kitchen (also a great concept!). We had the red beet tzatziki and vitello tonnato. The tzatziki is really, really good. As a main dish we had the chicken in two ways and man was it good! The chicken is so tender and full of flavour. Truly amazing. We had 3 side dishes: Potatoes with aioli, raddicchio salad and the celeriac. All three were very good but the simple yet flavourful grilled potatoes with aioli are my favourite. Had an overall exciting evening full of magnificent dishes.

Each dish at Door 73 is creative and original with lots of different flavours. We choose to take our time and go for several dishes to share, the main concept of the restaurant. Although the food met our expectations, the price would however suggest a bit more professional service. As the evening was advancing, we were stille enjoying the food when one of the tables was used to do some bookkeeping...while we were still finishing our last dish. Given the class of this restaurant it makes me sad not to be able to give a 5 star rating.

What an amazing place! Inspired and original cooking, great cocktail list and the wine list was one of the most interesting I have seen. If you are in the area and manage to reserve, go and spoil yourself!

As someone who has been obsessed with food for over 2 decades. I can tell you it is really worth to book a table at door 73. The staff knows everything about the food in detail and the way they communicate is highly appreciated by the guests. All the dishes that we had eaten were more than great. This sure is a restaurant for people who love food or have diversified flavour palate. It’s important to know that all the main dishes need to be shared which makes the price affordable. If you are amazed by all the food and don’t know what to pick, just take the menu to follow the chef because he knows very well what he is doing. I would have expected a little bit more of the interior but this is just personal preference. All in all definitely worth a visit the flavours are remarkable.

It was really good experience visiting Door73: tasty food with a lot of fresh ideas, nice and friendly staff and elegant interior. I liked the idea about sharing dishes - so, you can try more food and enjoy it. If I will visit Ghent in future, I will come again.

I took my wife to this restaurant on Wednesday evening. Everything from the way we were greeted when we arrived to the speed of the service and the quality of the food gets full marks from us. The chef prepared some wonderful dishes, and some of them are almost good enough to turn a person into a veggie. I liked the fact that the waiters were generous enough to let us try the wine before we ordered, too. I will be going again when it becomes possible to get a table. Highly recommended.

A very good restaurant! One of the best I have ever been. The staff was very friendly and obliging. They also have a nice bar to take the aperitif. You order 3-5 dishes to share. I can recommend the vitello tonnato and the lamb chops. Good wine card too. It's also a nice location with nice interior. You can see the kitchen with the chefs working.

Delicious food of excellent quality - we had brunch. The cheese and prosciutto were perfect and the shakshuka was perfect. Chic and inviting decor. Friendly service. Absolutely fabulous. It goes on our list of fantastic restaurants and we look forward to our next visit! Go eat here!
