7,50 family ticket for 2 adults 2 kids, isn't it amazing? Try earth quake experience, hide in tree house to watch the birds, see variety of shells from tiny to giant, go to luminosity room, stones and amethyst gem centuries old size, full floors of human pre-historical tale; birds; dinosaurs; human body tale; every aspect has nuances and interactive not only for kids, audio guide. Lifts and blind people shrift to hand read. We've spent 3 hours and it was not enough to see it all. Great job!

My three year old daughter thoroughly enjoyed, even though she didn't understand most of the Scientific information. It's a wonderful place for children, even for grownups there are lots of new information to learn. Would recommend to take your kids

Definitely worth it I think. (Original) Heel leuk! Small collections of preserved animals and some interactive activities for small children. However most of the interactive activities were not working and one place was under renovation. Price for locals and foreigners is different.

Cheap quick educational distraction for young kids. Worth going at least once, it won't fill a whole day but it's a great filler.

(Translated by Google) Lots of incentives, but nice pieces that you can view. There is unfortunately a renovation going on, but the people are so kind to have you return for the same price when it is finished. Too bad that a few things are already broken here and there.

(Translated by Google) The world of Kina is a museum where children and young people can do physical experiments in an interactive way. Currently there are large-scale maintenance works and the museum has limited access. Even in that state, the museum is still recommended. When the works will be completed (spring 2020) I will give 5 stars guaranteed.

(Translated by Google) Nice nature museum that focuses on children and young people. The presentation is very fresh and cheerful and has various interactive elements. The museum is located in a part of an old monastery. Although it is around 12 degrees outside, the temperature inside is tropical. According to an employee, it is not possible to get the climate right in the old building. The entry costs are very low. The entrance ticket can also be used to visit the Garden of Kina, elsewhere in the city.

Great science museum for kids, perfect for a rainy day. We liked the exhibit on evolution. We had to translate with our phones because everything is in Dutch. The museum should have cards in the rooms with French and English translations.

(Translated by Google) Very nice museum to go with younger children (younger than 12). Definitely recommended for children who want to know more about geology, dinosaurs, evolution of life on earth and birds. There is also a nice model of Ghent at the time of Charlemagne. It is not expensive at all, even for non-residents of Ghent.

(Translated by Google) Great museum, visited with children aged 4 and 6. Due to Corona we could not visit the garden, but we can come back again for free, Top! Also very budget friendly, we got our money's worth. At about 2am the kids had seen everything they wanted. We especially liked the shells, birds and stone collection. For the room on evolution, the children were a bit small, this part was also slightly outdated compared to the rest. Great location. Knappe locatie.

(Translated by Google) Corona-proof with my 8 year old daughter, we are super enthusiastic and will definitely be back. Now with the corona, 2 time slots are organized on Wednesday afternoon (and reservations are therefore required). We had the time slot from 3 pm to 6 pm 4:45 PM and this was actually just too short to do everything thoroughly. 'The World' and sciences are very interactive, especially the department of minerals and the tunnel in the human body my daughter loved. The deepening of the birds seems somewhat outdated and therefore enjoyed a little less enthusiasm. We were able to explore the House of Kina in peace and quiet, and sometimes seemed alone for a while. Highly recommended in these strange times!

(Translated by Google) Recommended with toddlers and just super interesting. I myself had my 1 year old son with me but you have to do some stairs before you are at the reception and it is "plan your thing" if you bring a buggy. When you comment, they say that there is a lift, but only for people with a wheelchair? And that they have heard it many times. Well, do something about it if you keep getting the same comments.

(Translated by Google) There was no one to be seen. Only by APPOINTMENT. So call first (CORONA measures). We had the room to ourselves. Our grandson of 2 years 1/2 thoroughly enjoyed all impressions. The dinosaurs were his preference. The MOEMOE enjoyed the exhibition about JAN Van Eyck and de poepoe especially enjoyed his grandson! A must for everyone! Small detail: it is not certain that Jan Van Eyck came from Maaseik. But it was certainly a true cosmopolitan and a visionary! So DO. (Original) Er was niemand te zien. Enkel op AFSPRAAK. Eerst bellen dus (CORONA maatregelen).

(Translated by Google) Amusing mix between old-fashioned display cabinet museum and interactive happening. Child-sized, and it works. Were with two families here, the children (3y to 10y) were very enthusiastic. More than enough to see for parents too. The temporary exhibitions are apparently in the Garden of Kina (other side of Ghent), which was not entirely clear on the website.
