I discovered this place randomly while on business in Ghent. The reviews on Google were amazing, so we figured we'd try it (despite not being a vegetarian). They were able to fit us in without a reservation. The ambience was very nice - a very unusual ambience (old hall/building), but it was airy, well spaced (COVID) and had a peaceful ambience. This place is vegetarian only - with a small menu of approximately 15 choices for main tapas-style dishes. There were 3 dessert options. The homemade ginger lemonade was AMAZING - the best I've EVER had in the world. The food was so AMAZING - well presented, extremely flavorful and delicious that if I knew vegetarian food could be like this, I'd BECOME A VEGETARIAN! Two thumbs up. Do NOT miss this place in Ghent. We had all vegan food, the concept's beautiful, everything they make is amazing, gorgeous and honest food. The natural flavours of the ingredients shine and the passion that went into the dishes is truly noticeable.

We had a starter and the tapas (this is the only option). The dishes were all delicious, most are already vegan and the others can be made vegan easily. All but one of the beers available were local and organic. The place was very quiet on a Tuesday night in December but the owner was very friendly and informative.

This was the best vegetarian restaurant I've ever been to. And among the best restaurants ever. Not the least expensive, not the largest servings, but a great variety of delicious dishes. And as a bonus, an interesting and great selection of beers.
