This restaurant is definitely one of my favorites in Gent! It is small and cozy, the service is great and you can see the chef working in the small open kitchen area. He really knows the art of cooking! It is incredible to watch him create the most delicious dishes. Everything we tried was cooked to perfection. Especially the fish was great! Absolute recommendation! You should make a reservation though, as there are not too many tables.

We booked a table for 11 people on a Saturday night. The dishes were cooked to perfection and the owner went out of his way to make sure that everyone at the table felt very welcome and was served well in his cosy restaurant. A restaurant like this is rare to find and I strongly recommend it to anyone.
