I liked this Starbucks however yesterday no blender and today no cold brew ugh! The barista though was amazing in trying to help me change my order. Just saying ice coffee here from doesn’t work and there is not half and half just heavy pouring cream or milks so they looked at me like I was crazy when I asked for pouring cream since I like my coffee light. On a beautiful walking street and even has its own outdoor seating! Was able to get a new PSL mug for m my daughter as a souvenir!

For some reason, The internet doesnt work anymore. I get connected to the network but nothing happens. I dont care about the coffee, the only reason I pay for your coffee is to sit and do some work on my laptop.

What a disaster this was, unfriendly staff and service. If you walk 20m further up the street you'll find a cozy coffee shop Mokabon, with very cute owners and staff. Way better service and coffee than this one.

We went there after dinner, it was close to closing time and they still served the people. Which I appreciated because I really needed the coffee. The staff was nice:)

Only had coffee, so not rated for food. Service poor, coffee expensive, flavour unpalatable. Won't return.

Star bucks is one of the best coffee shops around. Good service nice atmosphere clean tables and environment. A must for anyone who loves a good cup of coffee.

Too busy , tables not cleaned , verry messy. Starbucks has to be place to relax and enjoy. At this moment it just has the feeling of a fast food (drink) restaurant.

It is located exact in the city center of Ghent, and surrounded by the famous cathedral and old post office. But it is too warm at 2ed floor because the windows could not open even though the weather is very hot.

Bad customer service. There were 4 staffs and non of them say at least hello! There was an Asian girl staring at me like if I was entering her place !!!

Barista with colourful hair and apron was very nice and interested in our trip from NYC to here! Lovely coffee and service ☕

My coffee didn't have little stars in it, but it did cost me a couple bucks so i guess it's as good as it says

When traveling, the appeal of Starbucks is the reliable WiFi and air conditioning. Two things that don't work here on a hot day.

It was a good starbucks shop, lot's of cup-souvenirs to buy and the staff was really helpfull with our orders, good place to go for your coffee! ☕

It's a Starbucks with a nice seating area both upstairs and outside, though upstairs is a nicer place to sit definitely if there's a window seat available. That being said often it's quiet busy and therfore there are no seats available. The staff is generally very friendly and helpfull.
