It's much better than last time I visited thanks to the wall designs. There are benches to sit and take a breath for couple of minutes with some play machines for kids. The number of shops are not really big so thats the reason I'm giving 3 stars out of 5 while it's in a famous city like Gent.

It's disheartening to see littered corridors and fading signs, which only contribute to the mall's gloomy atmosphere. Despite these issues, there are still a few remaining shops and eateries that provide decent service and products. However, the overall shopping experience has been marred by the prevailing sense of uncertainty and gloom that shrouds this shopping center. In conclusion, this shopping center's precipitous decline and the inexplicable disappearance of businesses are deeply concerning. It leaves loyal patrons like myself disheartened and bewildered. While there are still a few shining spots, the overall ambiance has suffered greatly. It's high time the management addresses the issues at hand and provides clarity to the loyal customers who have watched this place deteriorate.

Shiny beautiful shopping center with Parking Lot! Has a grocery store and many other wonderful cute stores. Inws here before Christmas times, so it was very festive. Enjoyed meetings friend here for a coffee.

I am originally from Ghent, left it 2-3 years ago, and Zuid has changed a lot. Half of the shops where closed. There was no people. No athmosphere and did not look like anything I remember from 5-10 years ago. It looked dead. I hope I just went on a bad day.

I like this shopping centre very much because it is very cozy especially during windy and rainy days. Moreover, the inner views are amazing. What makes it to be more comfortable is the fact that you can use the mechanical stairs to do your shopping. I recommend it to everyone. You are not going to get bored since that it contains a variety of shops in which you can spend your free time, even a bakery, a café and a great supermarket in case you forgot to buy something important to eat.
