I paid 165 euros for a standard room that's worth max 95. It's dated, many tiles in the bathroom are loose. Toilet seat screw is missing. Tv is in the oddest location and very small. The only plus is the location if you are passing through and need a place to crash.

The breakfast is Van der Valk, but that is it. Be aware of the location. It is horrible and you are really in for a surprise if you were not aware of it. Besides that it is too much for too less. The chambers are not that hygienic and we didn't had warm water. You pay too much extra for pets or breakfast and in overall it is just not the place you want to stay, except for when you are on the road and want to sleep somewhere.

One of the best stays I had! Honestly I can't complain anything about the Hotel. Even though it's directly at the motorway I had a good and deep sleep without any interruption of noises. And I for myself think, it's a great bonus to get fast to Waregem or Kortrijk or Gent! Only 25 minutes away from each city. The Hotel was clean and really modern with a luxurious touch. I had my doubts seeing the pictures since I never trust a cover. Trust me on tis one...the pictures speak for themselves. The Restaurant was great too offering for example Black Angus steaks on a hot stone. The staff was very polite and eager to help with each request! Big shout out to Caro who shined with her proffessional service helping us to get a transfer to Waregem, information about anything we needed, the extreme late check-in at 1 am thanks to the train delay and her outstanding kindness. Would, can and will recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Belgium close to Gent and Kortrijk!!

Terrible service in the kitchen, on a Monday afternoon, not busy, but it takes 20 minutes to take the order… the staff have no apologies for their slow service, what’s more interesting is that they say if we chase them then they don’t come…

Average Hotel. No mini bar. Room locker is quite old. Smells in the corridors. Rooms in the basement do not give a good feel.

Bathroom ceiling visibly damaged upon arrival (see photo, room 222) and a large puddle of water on the bathroom floor the next morning. Shower wall covered with black hairs. Puke-like stain on the floor next to the bed. Safe not working. Bar closed for the night. In all unhygienic and a health risk. Avoid this place at all cost!

Hotel could use some renovation. Wallpaper released at a lot of places, for example the corridor to the rooms.

I always take vol au vent, kippenpastei as main dish but they have terrific seafood as starter too!!

The bathroom was not as well equipped as some other van der Valk hotels but good enough for the night. The restaurant was cool and the employees were all very Friendly.

Suitable for truck drivers, next to motorway with loads of noise, with windows shut of-course! Receptionists were nice and that was about it!

A very nice hotel with comfortable rooms. Nicely decorated. Breakfast was rich and delicious. There was even a kids’ corner for the small ones.

Great location at the highway Gent-Kortrijk. Good beds, nice restaurant. Posibbility to run or walk behind the hotel through the forrest.

We did a lunch stop here en route to France. Although the terrace at the front was open, we asked to sit at the back as there is the playground. The restaurant part at the back was closed, but even so the staff was very friendly and accommodating, so we could sit and have lunch there. We were perfectly fine with ordering at the bar, so they did not have to wait on us. For lunch the menu is extensive! Expecially the children menu has multiple options for every child's taste! Right next to the highway, which can be heard, with a nice green garden to sit in, which brings some shade in summer. We were pleasantly surprised.

Really liked this hotel - quite a surprising quality of most things there for a hotel by the road. Very spacious rooms, amazing breakfast with a lot of variety, great restaurant with tasty food & great service. Only 1 star down because A/C couldn't be controlled in the room and it was quite stuffy in hot summer.

Great place to have breakfast. We used the social deals vouchers. Great hot and cold breakfast bar, fresh cooked eggs. Fruits and yoghurt , many kind of different breads and pastries. Good for hotelguests and by passers.

I recommend it if u want stop in the way with some activities 🙂 by good price

Nice place to stay. Rooms quality could be made better.

- The bed is really worn out. - There are mosquitoes all over the room and in addition there are many dead mosquitoes stuck on the walls from previous guests (Everywhere in the room even in the bathroom). - The water from the shower, bathtub and sink is cold. In addition, hardly any water comes. - The condition of the shower is poor. With many patches.

Hotel it self wasn’t terrible although they advertise AC and don’t have it. Also DO NOT eat at the restaurant. Worst steak I’ve ever tried to eat.

We ate at the restaurant a family menu for 20 euros, you get soup of the day, main course and a dessert. The waiters are incredibly friendly. My compliments!

Overpriced food, but great affordable and luxury rooms even including separate bath and shower 🚿. Dogs allowed on room . Would be 5 stars with better food and restaurant prices

Booked a room through vivabid picture not the same the hotel is at a truck stop could not even sleep the night so disgusting smell in room !!! Even the receptionist areeged did not get a refund!! Tourism should close you down.
