The
experience
with
this
office
has
been
my
worst
in
recent
times.
I
simply
came
in
to
get
a
phone
and
had
to
wait
for
over
an
hour
to
be
attended
to.
For
over
30
minutes
only
one
staff
attended
to
us
(i
was
the
second
in
the
line
from
the
moment
i
walked
in)
and
then
afterwards,
an
obviously
lazy,
rude
and
inefficient
staff
came
out
to
attend
to
me.
He
asked
for
my
electronic
ID,
(which
was
being
renewed
by
the
commune
as
my
old
one
was
expired).
I
told
him
this
and
he
said
since
I
wish
to
get
the
phone
on
my
current
subscription,
he
needs
the
ID.
I
explained
to
him
that
there
were
other
ways
other
than
my
ID
to
verify
my
Identity
(e.g
Itsme
or
simply
my
customer
ID
number
with
the
store).
This
uninformed
employee
said
it
was
not
possible
and
kept
insisting
there
was
nothing
else
he
could
do
even
when
I
had
waited
for
over
an
hour
to
be
attended
to.
Funny
enough,
I
went
to
the
other
office
at
Veldstraat
and
explained
the
same
issues
to
them
and
in
no
time,
my
identity
was
verified
using
my
customer
ID
number
with
the
store
and
got
the
phone.
I
think
the
management
should
take
a
cue
from
the
guys
at
Veldstraat
in
employing
and
training
of
their
staff.
Thumps
up
to
the
guys
at
Veldstraat
office.
The
guy
that
attended
to
me
at
kouter
(the
first
booth
from
the
entrance
on
Saturday,
3rd
of
February)
has
zero
knowledge
and
lacks
any
professionalism!
He
does
not
even
deserve
a
one
star.
If
there
is
a
provision
for
negative
stars,
I
would
give
it
to
him.
