    Proximus dont provide descent training for the staff. Maybe its better to pay more attention to trainings than visual of the shop? They werent able to give me a new e-sim or even provide information how can I get new QR.. is not it your primar service? What a shame!

    Not recommended , very very bad service ( technical support) .. they have no respect for Proximus client , Really disappointed , very expensive and you receive nothing, just bad WiFi and fake promises ... I have sent many many mails and I have called the technical services many many times and they don't do anything , and I even contacted them via Facebook and they said : Sorry , can you restart your modem and your problem will be solved .....

    I wanted to connect WiFi to my house so I went to the Proximus Ghent office i scheduled an appointment for the technician on 29 November to visit my house for installation of the WiFi but the technician didn’t visit me and the next morning I received a message from Proximus that was saying “ our appointment didn’t go through you should make a new appointment, how stupidity is that? You make people to wait for 15 days Just for installation the WiFi and then you don’t come visit there, and then you make them to wait two more weeks,

    Was helped by someone who clearly had not received enough training. Buying a simple mobile phone and SIM change took more than an hour and no, there were no people in the store for me. Less advertising for your dumb fiber and more time training your staff. It's just a tip.

    It's a pretty busy place. The staff are nice and speak English as well. They always help me out. Visit when you have some free time because there may be a waiting queue.

    The experience with this office has been my worst in recent times. I simply came in to get a phone and had to wait for over an hour to be attended to. For over 30 minutes only one staff attended to us (i was the second in the line from the moment i walked in) and then afterwards, an obviously lazy, rude and inefficient staff came out to attend to me. He asked for my electronic ID, (which was being renewed by the commune as my old one was expired). I told him this and he said since I wish to get the phone on my current subscription, he needs the ID. I explained to him that there were other ways other than my ID to verify my Identity (e.g Itsme or simply my customer ID number with the store). This uninformed employee said it was not possible and kept insisting there was nothing else he could do even when I had waited for over an hour to be attended to. Funny enough, I went to the other office at Veldstraat and explained the same issues to them and in no time, my identity was verified using my customer ID number with the store and got the phone. I think the management should take a cue from the guys at Veldstraat in employing and training of their staff. Thumps up to the guys at Veldstraat office. The guy that attended to me at kouter (the first booth from the entrance on Saturday, 3rd of February) has zero knowledge and lacks any professionalism! He does not even deserve a one star. If there is a provision for negative stars, I would give it to him.
