Van de sprookjesachtige tuin, de warme en bijzonder gastvrije ontvangst en bediening, en uiteraard ook de onvoorstelbaar goed uitgewerkte gangen: visueel, textuur, smaak, combinaties, ... weergaloos. Jan Van den Bon en team slagen erin om een beleving te creëeren die wij zelfs bij "grote" namen niet konden vinden. Wij hopen dit pareltje nog lang te mogen meemaken.
