I brought a mobile online and after a month it didnt work i went there to complain but they said i needed a bewijs i showed the paper but according to them its not enough and i had to cantact klantdienst . I contacted them and they sent me the same paper . After calling proximus so many times they say that the paper i have is enough but here they say its not enough .. they know very wel how to give trouble to people.
