    Recommended book for both beginners and advanced! Very clear explanation of the postures with detailed description of the correct structure and execution. The medical background is also well presented! I fully appreciate it. The attention to build a more difficult version or learn to listen to your limits and limitations. Yes this is also yoga!! Let us all extend this to our daily lives. It is a pleasure to open the book. Beautiful photos and radiant face. In short, great to have in your home... you can see that it is your passion.     Annick has challenged me from day one to push my limits and to have more joy in every moment of my life. "Step out of your comfort zone" "face your fears" 5 years ago I went with her on a yoga trip to Turkey on a sailboat. I didn't know her before, I only received her newsletters and from a distance this already felt good. Since then I have been to the French Alps and last month to Bali. I can't really describe why I like to go so much, it's more a feeling of friendship, of belonging, of being together, of being silly. I'm already looking forward to seeing her again. If you think you can't do it, do it twice and make pictures 😍

    Annick has a diverse range of (online) classes: both relaxing and more active yoga. She guides in a pleasant way so that the advanced but also the beginner can follow the poses well. I especially recommend athletes to take a yoga class at Yoganic Moves. Annick's knowledge of physiology is of added value for athletes!

    Annick is a great student of the body and a kind and thoughtful yogi. I did both group Yoga classes and individual coaching, and I can see her thinking deeply about each movement, tuning her class to my individual needs, and sharing her knowledge in the most accessible way she can. I very highly recommend her for both a beginner and advanced student of yoga.

    Just an amazing teacher, thoughtful, kind, willing to introduce you with the flow in the most easy and natural way. Always keeping attention about the struggles you can face on the mat, always brings positive vibes and cheers you up. She has so much techniques to help you build up strength and balance and also to help you relax and stretch. Highly recommend!

    Enkele jaren geleden was ik op zoek naar een nieuwe prikkel. Liefst eentje dat met gezondheid te maken had. Via Google stootte ik op een workshop 'yoga voor sporters'. Yoga was voor mij een stap in het onbekende. Met de nadruk op 'was', want al heel snel wist ik dat yoga een ontbrekend stukje is, dat ik ondertussen aan mijn levenspuzzel heb toegevoegd. Of nog anders uitgedrukt, de missing link tussen mijn professionele carrière, mijn triatlonhobby en mijn persoonlijke ontwikkeling. Niet alleen dat uurtje op de mat, maar evenzeer de gedachte die er achter steekt : tegelijkertijd de kracht & de zachtheid in je lichaam opsporen. Het is de zachtheid die bij mij ontbrak. En dan komt er nog iets extra bij kijken, iets waar ik voor mijn yoga-periode onvoldoende tijd aan besteedde : de ademhaling en de mind. En laat dit nu net de 2 actoren zijn die voor mij sindsdien een grote toegevoegde waarde betekenen. Fysiek niet zichtbaar, maar wel trainbaar … heb ik vastgesteld. De kracht van de herhaling maakt dat ik door engelengeduld stapjes voorwaarts heb gezet (soms wel eens een keertje 1 achteruit en daarna 2 vooruit), waar ik trots op ben. Ik heb alleen maar lovende woorden over deze lichaamsbeleving. Daarom aan iedereen die met haar/zijn lichaam bewust wil omgaan, give it a try. Namasté, W.

    I would recommend a yoga trip with Annick to everyone. This is really a beautiful gift to yourself: you get the time and space to reflect, take care of yourself, think about the things in life... You do the yoga journey in a group, but Annick has an eye for each participant individually. each with their own life experience, vulnerability, desires, questions...     A practical and at the same time deep yoga book. Annick and Inge know how to explain complex yoga positions clearly. There are many clear photos and links to further explanation online. It's nice to read, I immediately felt like trying exercises. If you want one yoga book at home, this is it!

    Recommended! Annick is a very inspiring teacher. Sweet Bali Retreat was a dream trip from start to finish. High-quality yoga classes and everything surrounding it, beautiful accommodation, good food, top restaurants, super fun activities, planned down to the last detail so that you can enjoy carefree, recharge your batteries and come back feeling reborn!

    I made a full body thai massage with Annick and it felt like heaven. She provides us the environment to be totally at ease, in my case with a wonderful play list. She is careful in respecting our limits and is able to feel what our body needs. I hope I can come back very soon 😍
