A Canadian Tourist Review: I was the only Canadian here for De Mol finale, I believe. It was my first time here. In terms of a reality TV finale globally, it isn't the easiest for fan-contestant interaction for a quick picture. It wasn't an ideal setup to get a selfie with my favs from my favourite TV show. I was very hungry but food truck lineups were 30 minutes longer or more. It's a bit intimidating for a Canadian foreigner from a small town where the wildlife outnumber the people. I ended up not eating the whole evening. The staff inside for Palais 12 were polite but distant. The acoustics inside the arena room itself is amazing. The music was great. They do a great job of handling 11,000 people. The entertainers were awesome. The venue is okay but I don't know if it is ideal for a reality TV event. It's more ideal for a music concert. Kineopolis will forever be special in my Canadian heart. I still had so much fun, though!

Horribly long waits to get a drink. You would think that after years they would get this sorted, but not so โ˜น๏ธ. A real shame because they do have some good concerts, but if you have to miss out on a good part of it to queue 50 min for a beer, it ruins the experience.

Pretty badly organised venue. The queues at the bar and the toilet were a total disaster throughout the entire time of the concert. An exact 1โ‚ฌ coin is needed for lockers (of which there are not enough) without any way to get change so people are just piling up at the lockers asking for change. There's no parking availability or good connection to public transport after 23h.

It was great venue. Good acoustic. Hope to see more concerts here. I like the measuring system of the noise.

Went to see Two steps for hell. Amazing performance by them. The lighting and sound was sometimes a bit amateurish. Lightning (spots) was sometimes noteably behind on the music.

I participated in the Hans Zimmer concert. Just beautiful and wonderful! Edit: parking is a bit complicated so come in advance and be ready to make the line to pay for it. Or there is an open parking lot in the near Carrefour 15min walking, best idea!

The way they organize the bar is a disaster. You miss 1hr of the concert to get some drinks, they really need to rethink this.

Glad that we could see the full concert. Because you couldnยดt order any drinks. Pls. Get more staff, open more bars. Not a nice experience.

Went to see a 3 hour show, couldn't see half of it. Arrived half an hour before the show started. Took me two hours to get inside, buy a beer and put my coat in a locker. They use the bare minimum of staff, causing huge queues everywhere. Waiting 45 minutes just to buy a beer is not okay.

When we were there for our concert, the line was endlessly long, i guess bc they only had one entrance open or something. When it was getting close to the start of the show they sent us to another one that we had to walk to for like 10 minutes. Then it went quickly. I had a good view even from the back of the standing area because i'm tall, my average-height friend had trouble seeing anything of the stage tho. Other than that pretty standard place, good sound. Compliment to the camera crew, they did an incredible job with the shots.

Nice venue: well reachable, good parking and decent sound inside.

Great venue. Had a really great night here easy to get to from the metro maybe a 5 minute walk. The only downside is there locker system for your coats this should be address as there are no where near enough lockers so be prepared to carry your coat.

I've been here for Lil Nas X's concert. The queues were managed very quickly, the security were always vigilant and stopped people from running immediately, there are lockers of various sizes that cost just 1โ‚ฌ and can easily fit 3/4 people's jackets and personal valuables. The Parterre was clean and the place was well ventilated (it was still hot but to be expected of a concert). Drinks and food were available on site. Sound was awesome! Would attend another concert here

I was there to attend le Cirque du soleil โ˜€ on ice. The show was really great. It was a mix of lights and sound that I never seen and heard before. AMAZING. Palais 12 is a really big arena. You would expect to be cold inside but this is not the case. I stayed in a t-shirt all the show. I stayed all the way up in the balcony 10,the ticket was about 70eu per person. You can see the show but not the faces of the actors. If you want to be closer the ticket is more expensive. You can also bring binoculars like at the opera ๐Ÿ˜„

Nice concert. Spacious even if there was a lot of people. Lots of bars. Seats quite comfortable.

I've been to this venue three times for music events. In general, I really like the venue. It is pretty reachable by public transport and well reachable by car with a huge (paid) parking lot at a 5-10 min walk. Queues for drinks are generally pretty fast. Toilets are also more than sufficient without any queues. The only issue I have with the venue is the heat. It can get extremely warm, even when the weather outside is quite cold. Being in a crowd, dancing on music, this is to be expected to a certain extend but at Paleis 12 this is on another level. Similar music events at other locations did not have this issue, so I believe it is inherent in the building/ventilation. At this venue, me and many of my friends often need to take a break and go outside just to cool off and grasp some fresh air. I've had a friend even pass out from the heat. Be prepared for this!

went here for the ateez concert. had seats in the far back... the music was barely audible; thankfully the live vocals were a bit louder but for their type of music it was disappointing because the bass was basically nonexistent. (could not make out any speakers towards the back actually, not sure if there's actually none) crowd made up for that though the atmosphere was incredible. one more thing about technical aspects: the lights.. the blinders on the left were brighter than on the right for the entirety of the concert which was annoying to look at. since the concert also had VCR with subtitles throughout i noticed the screens weren't even close to big enough to be able to read anything off of it from the back. mini plus points so 3* for food/beverage situation there was few queues and prices were pretty ok also the toilets were clean and also no queues. if you're coming to attend a concert though i'm not sure you'd want to get seats in the back; also if you're a bit taller keep in mind you may not have legspace to rest comfortably

I came here twice for volleyball game -European Championship. It quite big and even though it's crowded, there is enough space to walk, to go around and enjoy the game. The toilets are also big enough and clean. You can reach here by public transportation from Brussels center.

Great place for events such as volleyball. Went to see two semi-finals, couldn't have asked for a better experience! The lighting was great, the atmosphere was staggering. The whole place was packed and ready to enjoy some beautiful volleyball!

Palais 12 in Brussels was the place to be on Saturday, September 16, 2023, for the highly anticipated concert of Fred again.. The British DJ and producer has been taking the world by storm with his unique blend of electronic music, house, and R&B, and his live show is second to none. As soon as Fred again.. took the stage, the crowd erupted in cheers. He opened with his hit song "Marea (We've Lost Dancing)," and the energy in the room was electric. From there, he launched into a non-stop set of his biggest hits, including "Billie (Loving Arms)," "Jungle," and "Actual Life (April 14th - 2022)." Fred again.. is a master of his craft, and his live show is a testament to his talent. He seamlessly blends his own productions with samples of classic songs, and he creates a truly immersive experience for his audience. The visuals at the Palais 12 show were also incredible, with massive LED screens that displayed stunning visuals throughout the night. One of the highlights of the show was when Fred again.. brought out special guest Flowdan to perform their collaboration "Rumble." The crowd went wild as Flowdan delivered his energetic rap, and the energy in the room was palpable. Another highlight was when Fred again.. played his new single "Feel So Good." The song is a collaboration with Swedish House Mafia, and it is one of the most anticipated dance tracks of the year. The crowd sang along to every word, and it was clear that everyone was having an amazing time. Fred again.. closed out his set with his biggest hit to date, "M1 x 2." The crowd went ballistic, and the energy in the room was at a fever pitch. It was the perfect way to end an unforgettable night of music. Overall, the Fred again.. concert at Palais 12 was an absolute triumph. Fred again.. is a truly gifted artist, and his live show is a must-see for any fan of electronic music. The energy in the room was electric all night long, and the crowd was left wanting more. Here are some additional thoughts on the concert: Fred again..'s stage presence is infectious. He is constantly smiling and dancing, and he gets the crowd really engaged. The production value of the show was top-notch. The lights, sound, and visuals were all excellent. Fred again..'s setlist was perfectly curated. He played all of his biggest hits, as well as some new and unreleased material. The crowd was amazing. They were singing along, dancing, and having a great time all night long. Overall, the Fred again.. concert at Palais 12 was an unforgettable experience. It was one of the best concerts I have ever been to. If you have the chance to see Fred again.. live, I highly recommend it.

Great venue! We went to see Fred again. It was a good size, great sound system and the bar queues weren't too bad. Our personal highlight was that you could move between the standing arena and raised seating around the outside with the same ticket (whereas a lot of venues will allocate standing or seated). I can comment on how easy it was to get there from the station as we just grabbed an Uber . Would definitely come back!

Big venue with large outdoor parking. French fries, hot dogs and pizza available. The quality of the food is very low and the prices are very high. A bag of French fries costs โ‚ฌ4, a small hot dog โ‚ฌ3 and a slice of pizza โ‚ฌ5. The balconies are located pretty far from the stage. The chairs in the center area are pretty bad and can be removed to create a standing area. Getting off the parking after the show took an extremely long time. The concert I was attending (Evanescence) and the sound quality were great!

Rave Rebels Event was brillant, How they solve the entry and the bars the complete opposite.

For this specific occasion the organisation of the covid check was awful. They knew how many people to expect and still there was one narrow passage. The venue itself is nice, especially for big parties!

Nice location. Visited the concert of Paul Kalkbrenner. It was awesome. The entrance was quite quick. You have a wide range of drinks, also cocktails like Moscow Mule. Really love it. Also you can buy snacks like Pizza, but I did not try it. The toilets seemed really clean.

I would've given 0 stars, if possible. Queeing for 1 hour at the bar during a 2,5h show is just SHOCKING. Bad setup, terrible staff, even worse payment system. Unbelievable.

  • 5/5 Roeland H. 2 years ago on Google
Great venue very spacious. Big parkings around the venue always worth getting a ticket when you go here. The inside is proper and well organized with different stands for drinks around the inner stadium. A lot of seats and a great view from every angle. Very spacious standing zone and a well integrated space for the handicapped with a perfect central view. Sound quality is great, overview with the live screens is great, workers on site are friendly and helpful. Enough toilet spaces around the main hall but be prepared to be queued up a bit.(as well as for the drinks).

Perfect!!! There were 8000 places and I absolutely loved my time. Security could have been better with the line, but they handed out water on request of the fans which was great.

  • 4/5 Pieter-Jan Z. 2 years ago on Google
Great hall, great lighting, great seats, great screens, great sound. There are alsof toilets and bars on the different floors, so the rows at the beginning are unneccasary. However there was 1 big downside. The lower tribune seats are so low that you can't see anything because the standing places are right in front of you. So you might pay more for a place without being able to see.

  • 4/5 vandoor a. 1 year ago on Google
Ok if you are getting ready for the night of your life. Then you sure have to be at paleis 12. The line ups are good. The security is always top notch!!. I feel safe. Thats probably the main reason and also all the events soo far are blasted, like really good. So go and forget about tommorow. Your there and have funnzz...

  • 4/5 Ata M. 1 year ago on Google
Nice sound quality although very small

  • 3/5 Trstn 1 year ago on Google
You cannot pay in cash at the bars, nor at the food sellers, but you specifically need a 1โ‚ฌ coin for a locker, and obviously, bars and other employees cannot help you with change since they refuse that you pay in cash Security is "assured" by a independent security company, which is, as always, awful The concert area is the only well thought one, two entrances, stage in the center and the hall can be shrunken or stretched, depending on the sale of tickets
