In 2013 this building was 100 years old, it is classified as a monument and after several renovations it received the Flemish monuments price in the year 2000.

You have vegetarian and vegan options here. Their own 'vooruit'-beer is an excellent choice. Prices range between 5-13 EURO, I would say not too expensive and great for lunch or quick dinner.
