In very short words it was an amazing experience. I absolutely loved every bit of it,, there was a really friendly guy who was helping us out with choosing games how to play them etc. The gaming part itself was utterly amazing, you could walk around all you want without hitting walls or getting stuck in wires. In about two hours we played about every game we wanted, so i would say i had a ton of fun there thank you very much for the good service

Fun experience! Went with a bunch of kids, played for an hour. It was really fun. Staff was very friendly and patient with us (screaming bunch of 11 year olds)

Renovated interior with a seating area for those who wait or want to relax after the VR game. You can watch how others play. A nice touch are the classical arcade games in the waiting area, free of charge, taking you back to the eighties classics. Bar and drinks available. Wheelchair accessible. No private car park.

If you are looking to have a fun experience with friends in Ghent, Level up is just the place! In addition to the fun you will also be able to loose some weight =) Highly recommended! Be sure to book beforehand because the place is full during weekends.

Very welcoming staff, place is overall well designed, bargain price. The introduction to how the games function and the controls themselves was nice. If you want to spend a fun time, can highly recommend this place, but once you get the hook, 1 hour may feel too little.

I heard good things about them, they have vr escape rooms which not all vr places have, but we never got to try it because of bad communication, planning and organisation of the staff. First, our scheduled spot got switched to a very inconvenient time slot because they had been looking at Sunday instead of Saturday or something like that. And then the day of the reservation, it got cancelled due to technical problems, so they said. Ruined our day completely. The 1 star concerns their organisational skills, not the VR experience, because we didn't get to do that. They did give us a discount for a next time, but that doesn't change the fact that our day was ruined

We went to play "The Mine" in Level up Ghent at 5-3-2022. Nice atmosphere, nice puzzles and kind people. Would 100% recommend.

Very friendly! Even though we booked for 1 hour, they let us continue 15 minutes longer to finish the escape room.
