Terrible bus stop with no signage, no information or any counter at all. Dreadful and horrible experience!! I missed the bus even though I came to the Daamport ontime and even before time but because the address given on the map from the e-ticket sent via email confirmation is not correct and not the same as actual location. What a mess!

1 star is generous! Nothing, just a bus stop. No facilities. No seats. No shelter. Just asphalt. Not even a nearby café for refreshment, or a WC. I sat on the asphalt to wait there for 2 hours for a late Flixbus bus.

No amenities or toilets nearby. 1 small bus stop to cover from rain and win. It's basically a small parking lot 5mins walk from Gent Dampoort, which isn't the main station in Ghent. Late evening, it's hard to buy dinner around here.

It's a general parking place for busses and therefore, doesn't have any place to sit or have a shelter for rain. It's the only Flix bus stop but it's not owned by Flix bus company, so they aren't to blame. Otherwise, the place easily accessible.

we took the buss from Ghent Dampoort to Paris. It was at 02.25 at night. The buss driver started to shout and sing so loudly only after our journey has just began. Everyone in the buss were pretty annoyed, including us. Even though we’ve warned him multiple times, he kept screaming&singing non stop for more than an hour. He was so strange. And afterwards, he talked on the phone, loudly, till we entered Paris. Everyone was so upset, but he never stopped making noises. But most importantly, WE DID NOT FEEL SAFE. I am planning to share this on my social media platforms. Never with Flibus again!

Not too far from the city center. No (digital) information board with bus times. Waiting seating possibilities are limited for 3 people in the full sun. Food waste everywhere (and rats). Waste bin overloaded.

Good place for rollerskating. Trashcan gets emptied regularly.

The worst transportation company I've encountered. One time I used with 2 hours delay, there is place to wait the bus, they don't refund you, it's not possible to reach customer support. It's saying for english press 1 and when you press one it still continues to speak German. Even if I reached a person (German speaking) he was nowhere near to do the support they are required to do. They constantly closed the call while I was speaking. Keep away from this company or make sure you have your lawyer with you. You are going to need it.

It changes the trip time and only inform the passengers hours earlier.

Its cheap but the driver is rude and he lost about 6 people at the stop. Also the floor is really dirty but on a brighter note: there is a lot of leg room!

The location is right. It looks a bit abandoned... don't be thrown away by the looks of the bus stand XD.

Ok if you're a tourist coming to Europe don't take this bus. We messed up and didn't book our train and it was booked. Decided to try the bus. The driver scammed us out of 10 euro for what he said was an extra bag. It's 10 euro we were ok with that. Not okay with the smell. It was horrible.

Not very comfortable, no toilet, no restaurant, no shope, there are even no chairs or waiting area, there is literally nothing, you are in the middle of a huge empty parking lot for busses, and flixbus sometimes arrives very late, if

flixbus service started being awful. I had huge delays during last 2 experiences and they don't even reimburse normally

I cancel a bus more than a month in advance, I get a voucher for that. I ask the costumer service for my money, they say its not possible because I have a voucher. I hate flixbus, would never recommend it.

Flixbus is perfect for travel. On time, clean, safe drivers. The only minus is the internet connection as we have a foreign sim card.

Basically a large slab of concrete for busses to park. There are no provisions for passengers, no shelter, no toilet, no kiss n ride zone or available parking space closeby for people who come to pick up their beloved ones. Unclean and unsanitary, full of garbage. Really badly planned. Hate it.

Because of the construction work it looks like they’ve moved to stop south. So to get to the busses you need to continue past the construction and there you will see them stopped.

Comfortable buses. Good prices. On time. Highly recommended !!
