I received my vehicle at Charleroi Airport Europcar station. I took many photos and videos of the vehicle shortly after I received the car. 2 days later I dropped off my vehicle to the Ghent St Denijs Westrem Station. It was Saturday and the station was closed. I dropped off the keys to the keybox. Also before returning the vehicle I took many photos and videos. 1 week later Europcar sent me an e-mail. They said that they had identified "extreme smoking smell" in the vehicle and invoiced 310 Euros for cleaning. Neither I nor my wife have never smoked in our entire lives. Also 1 year old baby was accompanying us. We don't let anybody smoke near her. I rejected the charge but they insisted maintaining the charges. I have lots of videos and photos of the vehicle but they don't accept them as evidence of non-smoking. They are scammers. Do yourself a favor and rent a car with a different company.

I rented a car for my company for 6 months on 24-3-2022 at Europcar in Drongen and everything went very well. Also the price quality was good.

Super service I rented a car in Zaventem with Europcar. While staying in Ghent, the car showed some orange alerts related to the oil level. I phoned the office in St Denijs Westrem and was immediately proposed to pass by and offered they will check it out. The next day, I passed by and upon verifying the type of alert and explaining that I prefer to avoid risks on my travel to the airport the next day, a very friendly station manager adviced me to change car immediately. Within 30min I left the station with another car with similar dimensions ! Nice job !

I booked a van to move out of appartment, which was confirmed by europcar on email as well. A few days later they call me that they do not have a van available and cannot confirm any other van for the day when I needed it. No solution was provided, only for a much bigger van, but they can only know if it is available 2 days before I will actually need it. Additionaly, after all of this, they send an official cancelation email where they wrote that they are sorry my plans changed and that I canceled the booking! I have nothing positive to say about my experience with them.
