The product had a defect, so I brought it back. Once month later, they could not solve it, and they don't want to give me the money back. So, they gave me a card with credit to buy in their shop. I will never buy again here.

When you are looking for different things in one store then Inno is the best place to go. Depending on the city and area the available brands are different. There was an issue when I asked the staff that discount sticker was missing and she told me the cash register recognize the discount after barcode get scanned. Unfortunately that was not the case but I was lucky that cashier believed me as I don't want to get into any trouble (I was going to bring two set of same clothes to prove the discount but this time I didn't as I believed in staff's words). At least iets better to bring the second set of same cloth if discount sticker is missing. I wanted to leave behind my review to give shout out to this friendly yet lovely lady on Saturday who worked at the Ti Sento Milano. She was very friendly and helpful but above of all her positive mindset is truly charming and gave me very informative info on this brand and about the snake as a symbol.
