👍 We could choose what kind of chocolate we wanted our orders with (dark, milk, white...) Everything we ordered was delicious but the amount was so little for the price we paid. I wouldn't say unfriendly staff but they could be friendlier to the costumers. :) People often mention chocolate, staff, nice, friendly,

Divine hot chocolate in a town with plenty. Mayana had two stands set up in the Christmas market, and the four tubs of molten hot chocolate were a vision in the downpour. The Mayana option provided relief from having to choose between white, milk, brown and dark by offering all four in a glorious creamy blend. It has been months and we’re still nursing withdrawal symptoms.

If you like chocolate desserts then this place is definitely worth checking out. We ordered the brownie and chocolate fondant and both dishes were really good. Hot chocolate was nice too!

Lovely place. Although there was plenty of room to sit, the attendant was very friendly and sincere, explaining to us that due to demand we would need to wait, and we did! The atmosphere is very cozy and the sweets were very good! I really liked the quality and variety of the chocolates! It's definitely a place everyone should go to for a drink.

I did not visit their store however they’ve got the best hot chocolate I’ve ever had and I’ve had some other really great ones. This one definitely takes the cake. They were in Ghent, Belgium for the holiday market. Definitely try the praline one, it’s amazing!

Probably the best chocolate you'll ever have. It's quite a small, cozy place. Not a lot of room but once you get your order, you forgot you ever waited. The milkshakes are pure heaven. Really good place to have a nice date. 10/10 will visit again.

Love the new place! It's so much cosier than the old one. The food stays the same - delicious! My go to is the choc&dip and my friend had the white chocolate pancakes. The service was quick and the place wasn't too crowded so we had a nice time.

Stumbled on this cosy and welcoming cafe walking down the street on a rainy day - both cappuccino and milk hot chocolate were lovely! Brownie was perfection. The nice indie music added to the relaxed vibes.

Basically Charlie the Hot Chocolate factory gaaaah. So many different types of hot chocolate! And they are so yummy! The decor is exquisite, and staff are very friendly ! Would recommend popping in whenever it starts raining in Ghent (surprise! It rains every day)

Had a lovely afternoon here!! It was a rainy day and I was looking for a cosy place to treat myself with a coffee and some chocolate. The people who work here were lovely and I really would recommend 'Mister Biscoff" icecream :))

👍👍 As I said to the boss again today: I am glad that you have started the original concept again: no cutlery, no plate, only a croque in a wicker basket, a basket for the potato wedges and a nice fresh drink. And you tell the customer that he can always get cutlery and a plate. I approve. The croques...
