Their pastry is good. A good place to have breakfast. Nice environment too. Recommend!

Have direct door between, the cafe and bakery shares the same sitting indoor environment which offers a nice, artistic ambience. Definitely a spot to go by during your Penang trip. 🥐🥯☕️

stunning bakery with an incredible variety of breads, yoghurt, pastries, cakes, smoothies and coffees!!! the staff is super pro and friendly. The coffee quality will enjoy the best coffee lovers with a very high standard. simply put: that place is FABULOUS! (on my plate: egg salad croissant, avocado egg sandwich, double espresso and a mind blowing apple crumble yoghurt with lemon taste and huge chunks of apple at the bottom.

There are many selections here especially Croissants. I tried the ham and cheese Croissant. The cheese is very smooth and milky which I like. The size of the croissant was just nice. Not too small or big. The pistachio croissant was not bad too. I ordered the coffee from the mugshot cafe which both shop are connected. The coffee was very nice.

Brave choices of cakes. You won’t see these many different varieties in other cafes, as most of them only bake commonly found cakes. The place and the ambient are cosy. You can find lots of seatings from in front of the cafes, until inside to the end of the building. And if that’s not enough, you can also sit at next door cafe, The Mugshot Cafe.

good coffee. we like it coz the cup is big! plenty of pastries and cakes to try. but since we were there in the morning, we just had coffees with pastries. the low table and chairs reminded me of Hanoi's roadside cafes.

Ordered the almond croissant and carrot walnut cake. The croissant was a disappointment cause it was hard and didn't taste good! Didn't feel like it was made fresh today. The cake was ok, though the frosting was a bit too much. Ordered drinks from Mugshot. Seatings are made for those to hang out, not for the ones who want to work on your laptop as the chairs are not ergonomic.

really wide variety of bakes and nice place to chill. you can order coffee from the counter next door (mugshot). coffee is good! portion size of cakes are very big, would prefer half the size.

The honest rating of this cafe's food and beverages is quite low. We ate croissants that were so hard that they were difficult to bite. The beverage is pricey and tastes mediocre. I will not recommend this cafe for pastries and beverages.

Tried their scones and mix grain loaf. Scones taste ok but texture wise was out of expectations. I prefer it to be dense, soft, moist and crumbly. But it's more like bread and cake, too fluffy and dry. And it's not well baked, I can see the white dough inside (first image). If I compared to Yxx's scone, they did it better. For the mix grain loaf, tastes ok with sunflower seeds, but it's a bit dry and bitter on the part that is overbaked. Overall, not bad to try it out but I hope you can have better quality control on your bakery.

Pretty ok experience. The ambiance is not bad: This would be a nice place to sit and relax for a while. Food was quite average. The muffin was not too sweet which was a plus. However, the it didn't taste like anything special. Food looks good but the taste doesn't meet the expectation. The coffee from the next door café really hit the spot though! Your mileage may vary but I really liked the taste of the iced latte. Prices are a little bit high but nothing ridiculously expensive. If you're in the area you can drop by!

Carrot cake was goooood, have bits of pineapple and walnut. Almond croissant doesn't taste fresh, cream inside abit ferment, guest it was last stock. Liked the environment tho. Will come again to try other cakes😋

Great place for breakfast for those who craving for sandwiches, and pastries. Delicious!!!!!!! They offered lots of bread and pastry. Im having my Avacado Sandwich while my colleague loved his Tuna Croissant. If you wanna paired your breads and pastries just grabbed a cup hot mocha or latte at another section. Its priced reasonably and affordable. Staff at both section is friendly and helpful too. Im really enjoyed my breakfast here. Definitely i will coming back again. Recommended for those who loved breads n pastries! ❤️😘

Wide range of pastries and cakes thats attractively scrumptious. Ordered honey cheese croissants for takeaway and it was rather disappointing. I thought I was having a baguette for a second, it was so stiff and chewy! I barely get to finish the croissant…. Sigh. It wasn’t cheap though

This has one of the best muffin I have tasted. If you ever come to this n bakery, be sure to buy their muffins. Its soft, fresh and deliciously tasty. You don't actually need to do much to enjoy it. The scones were also quite good and I recommend you try that too. I didn't have a chance to try the others but some of the taste combination looks adventurous The decor is simple, minimalistic and inviting. Unfortunately the next door linked mugshot cafe barista I think was having an off day because the coffee I ordered was terrible.

Best bakery in Georgetown! They have so many delicious and fresh breads which are very hard to find in Malaysia. Plus the workers, especially Chong, are so nice, friendly, and give great suggestions on what breads and pastries to try. I went there almost everyday while I was in Georgetown. Highly recommend!

Pastries, baked goods, & cakes looked amazing! Ambiance of the cafe was great, friendly & helpful staff when i had asked for their recommendations, overall vibe reminded me of days studying in europe! would recommend their lemon chocolate gateau, a bit expensive but was good
