Didnt know this place even existed. A good concept. The name itself means 'Milk Shop'. The rustic brass milk container harks back to the good ol days of the milkman. I had one iced fresh milk. Truly refreshing to have on really hot day. The shop itself is small, its clean. They have more than just fresh milk on offer. You can have cookies as well. Most of the beverage on offer are milk based. If you're driving, this place is congested. It is Chulia. Motorbike you can park at the front.

Wow! There are ๐—ฆ๐—ง๐—œ๐—Ÿ๐—Ÿ incredible surprises and delight around each corner of the Heritage Zone. I spotted this tiny half shop on Lebuh China that made a proposition I could not resist - serving This on several levels was a โ€œ๐—•๐—น๐—ฎ๐˜€๐˜ ๐—ณ๐—ฟ๐—ผ๐—บ ๐˜๐—ต๐—ฒ ๐—ฃ๐—ฎ๐˜€๐˜โ€, recalling my holiday trips to Penang as a child. I distinctly remember partaking on โ€œ๐—ฃ๐˜‚๐—น๐—น๐—ฒ๐—ฑ ๐— ๐—ถ๐—น๐—ธโ€ with raw egg from a street vendor along Penang Road. While this was a sanitised version of the old, it was still very very good. My cinnamon honey milk was delicious and pleasurable beyond the RM4 I paid! I certainly will be back. Apparently the milk is from a dairy farm right on the island. Note: PฤL KADรฉ simply means Milk Shop in Tamil - โค๏ธ

An interesting find indeed Located on Lebuh China in Little India. A quaint little place with a fantastic array of tea and coffee plus snacks. Place is very comfortable with good air conditioning. Very nice and simple set up. Would recommend this place for all those who like cow's milk tea and coffee.

Coffee taste very light. Susu badam also very light, the fresh milk macam watery sikit. Very cool ambiance, nice and friendly staff.

The shop is not that crowded with plenty of fan and aircond to make us feel a bit cozy from Penang's hot weather. The menu consists of traditional types of drinks and westernised ones also. Tried the tea and badam milkshake, feels authentic and genuine. Just request to reduce the sugar as it might felt too sweet. Overall a nice alternative to the another tea shop which is always packed and cramped.

Ordered pasum pal coffee (first of all not much variety of coffee available here) The coffee came in a huge cup and was super sweet. Guess my one week sugar intake was in the single cup. Nope, I canโ€™t finish it & ainโ€™t coming back. Thanks.

All of the drinks used with real fresh cow milk. Milshakes taste much better than other cafes

Went there after lunch to try whatever in the menu. Menu was quite good with various options of beverages but the availability was a question. They had 6 varieties of ice creams but only 2 was available. Asked for ginger milk tea but ginger not available. Finally ordered cardamom tea and coffee. Tea was not hot at all. That was a huge setback for me. Asked the staff to reheat the tea. Taste wise both the beverages were good. Ice cream was just okay but pricey. Owner should take extra effort to ensure the cleanliness of the outlet. The floor was dirty and the shop smelled musty. Pฤl kadรฉ concept is good but please maintain the quality. I found a piece of plastic in my ice cream๐Ÿ˜…

The milk is not freak milk. It is Dutch lady milk. It is fake. I have instructed to reduce sugar, but the waiter never follow.

๐Ÿซค Overrated. Tried pork leg rice, Penang loh mee and Penang style CCF, all were subpar. Pork leg rice - Quite bland. The egg used was not even a proper lu-dan (soy egg), just a plain hard boiled egg. They did not even serve it with salted vege. Not good and not authentic. Penang loh mee - I'm a...
