Almost all the food ingredients used here are made from scratch & high quality. Even the black pepper & mushroom sauce, all are made from scratch, not from the ready made tube sauce like some western food cafes I know are using. Foods & drinks , taste good & very healthy (not too sweet, not too salty), yet the price is really reasonable. The restaurant gives you a very comfortable homey feeling. Hygiene standard is really good, they even sterilize all the cutleries to make sure no any contamination 👍👍 Owners & staffs are really hospitable & kind, always ready to serve. A must-try place for breakfast & brunch. Keep it up 👍

2nd review: So, I returned there and ordered salmon and mushroom soup. For the price, the salmon was worth it and delicious. The mushroom soup, well, as you can see in the photo, it has actual a lot of mushroom and so appetizing. 1st review: Simple dining place with delicious food. I tried the pastas. All look so good that I forgot to take photos before I devoured them except for one (bolognase pasta). They have a young, humble and enthusiastic crew. What can I say - 5 thumbs up 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Make sure you find the stairs up to this cafe which is just right beside the coffeeshop. The set-up is simple and feels roomy. In general the food tastes good with nothing short except for a few items removed from the main course menu. I wanted to try the steak and it's seems no longer available and instead replace with rice set. It's very affordable and food are great. Pay them a visit if you are along melaka street. Note: non halal

The fries here are one of the best fries I've ever tried, thick and crispy outside, soft inside, like seriously good quality fries, not those soggy thin ones 🍟 If you're looking for healthy food with quality ingredients but really reasonable price, this is the place. Cafe restaurant with experienced chef and really friendly staffs that make you feel at home.

I've been here a couple of times for breakfast. The service is outstanding. They are friendly smiling and helpful. The Eggs Benedict is quite good. The toast set is also good, as is the filter coffee. The mango salad was well prepared, full of currants and sunflower seeds. The dressing was a bit sweet, but it's served on the side, so it was easy to tailor it to my taste.

This is a nice place on the second floor for your morning starter pack. Big sign, but a little stairs don't miss it with the kitchen on the first floor.

Prescilla is the nice lady being at the front of the house, welcoming customers, introducing their menu, serving food and asking for feedback after meals. Yolks serves simple western / fusion food with a great serving portion! Chef certainly cooks with sincerity. Besides tasty food, the cost is also very pocket friendly! You will certainly agree with me after your visit I will be back to try some of their famous Filipino dishes! Keep up the good work, Yolks!

Perfect place for a quick breakfast! Price is cheap and the food is great! The staff are extremely nice and attentive. Someone sneezed and they ran over with a tissue! Menu is slightly limited.
