Used to be a simple self chill out place. Now got bar there and fire twirler performance. Service: ok la. According to friend, service speed is way faster than usual. Drinks... Beer is beer. Standard kua. Though i ordered Heineken, it came in Carlsberg glass. Super duper weird Ambience: nice and cosy. By the beach... Sound of waves. Fire performance: perhaps unusual to some. The kerosene smell is overpowering.

Great place to chill with friends or with your partner even better with your kids. You can enjoy your food and drinks while watching your children playing sand castle and destroy it after build. Lol.. Lucky they provide a walk-in table for us else there is a need of 1 week earlier reservation. Sadly not able to watch sunset as the weather is cloudy. The food especially pizza is freshly made and tasty. However their mushroom soup like pour out from a canned which is salty and canned texture. Their spaghetti platter is flat taste nor inviting to eat. The side dishes on the platter is good. They have a night performance (fire performance) which is entertaining.

Most of the places in Penang now are not happening any more. Service is out. Staff not friendly and not helpful. Look like they all are not motivated. The management need to do something to save this place. Location are strategic but not many people come here.

What a great little beach bar. We came 3 days in a row and the service was great, they always welcomed us with a smile and banter. You scan a QR code to order and the drinks are with you so quickly and you can pay via card. On the Friday night there was an amazing fire show lasting well over 30 mins, Iโ€™ve seen a fair few fire shows in Thailand and this was one of the best Iโ€™ve seen! We also had some of the food, huge portions and really nice. Loved it, perfect location and perfect time spent here.

Not a food blogger that used to comment on restaurant food rating. However, I would like to express my disappointment towards the beach bar that wasted my time to wait the fire work performance. On 1/1/2023, my friends and I spent long time by waiting the show since the staff telling us to be patient, but end up thereโ€™s no fire work performance. My concern is that please be honest to your customers if thereโ€™s no show on that day. Please improve your service!

Nice place but service is inconsistent. Get the better waiter/waitress if not it will spoil your experience. Drinks are a bit on the pricier side and inconsistant (I had to change my drink which they did oblige). Orders are though QR code on the table

The food and beverages that I ordered taste normal. If you want to come late then better make a reservation. We reach there around 6.30pm and manage to get sits. I noticed those coming after 7,8 pm asked whether they made a reservation or not. Food need to be ordered through QR code. Price not cheap. Food portion small. We ordered chocolate and peppermint drinks, nothing to shout about. However itโ€™s nice to hang around bc of the view and live band music. Staffs are friendly.

I was sunbathing by the beach, and needed a drink. They started to open for business around 16 00. I ordered a pint of Heneiken to calm down the heat. The service was great and a nice place to chill and watch the sunset.

Beach โ›ฑ๏ธ bar is a trend in PG. Visited during their 1st month opening. Crowded as expected, luckily i went earlier. Service wasn't prompt. Take some time to get the menu. It's even harder to get someone to come take order. When serving the food, they didn't bring the cutlery along ๐Ÿคฆโ€โ™€๏ธ. Overall, it's still a good place to chill overseeing the sea

Great place to chill and relax. We are happy to spend our Saturday night with our family here. Kids are enjoying with the fire show. Better to call them out make the reservation to avoid full house. Drink and food overalls is okay. But need improve on the service quality. Still have room to improve.

Parking is not really a problem since we can park at Paradise hotel. Environment is nice as we can sit by the beach, a bit like Pantai Cenang feel. The fire performance is super nice and special. Alcohol is a little expensive though. Heineken tower costs RM199.

The Laguna Beach Bar is by the beach of the Rainbow Paradise Hotel. You can either sit by the bar (inside) or on the beach (outside). The staffs are very friendly here, and even offered to take pictures for us without us asking. The food is pricey, but they are delicious. The seafood spaghetti, mushroom soup, and fish and chips are good. The portion is very big, especially the fish and chips! There is also a live music band to stir up the atmosphere. Relaxing and fun place to chill at.

The beach vibe at this restaurant is fantastic. While the food at this restaurant may be considered average, what sets it apart is the reasonable pricing. Additionally, they provide a unique feature during the weekends, as they have fire performances on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. We thoroughly enjoyed the show while dining.

Quite disappointed The food is normal I ordered salmon but i think it's a bit overcooked The service also not really well One think i noticed it's their Poor Table Setting I also think the food and the service didn't worth the price

Pretty nice but quite hard to find. The staff were lovely and the food was good. Generous portion sizes and compared to bars in Georgetown, the price is very fair. There are a few things that they could do to improve the beach bar. They need their own entrance (rather than via the hotel) which will lead to more clarity on where it is for customers. The door exists, but it was locked as we tried to leave, so we had to walk through the hotel to exit. They, also, need their own bathrooms with simple shower facilities, it is a beach bar after all and customers shouldn't have to trek into the adjoining hotel for a restroom. The atmosphere was the best part, it was very nice there and I could see them being a great spot to just set yourself up in for the day. Sit by the beach with a couple pints and some food.

Went for their laidback vibes, but we didnโ€™t realise it was part of the hotel - so expect higher than usual prices plus tax! We had a sunset dinner here (chicken chop and pan fried salmon with drinks). The salmon was pretty good, although the chicken chop was more in the style of a chicken schnitzel. Fast and friendly service. Weโ€™d be happy to come back for post-dinner drinks!
